We do offer Redline Weatherstrip Tape in a 1/4-inch thickness and 3/4-inch width as part # WS1434. This is a 50-foot roll. The tape has a self-stick adhesive for peel-and-stick installation. If your truck cap will benefit from wider tape you can run two layers side by side. A similar 1/2-inch width tape is also available as part # WS1412, which is a 45-foot roll.

I checked directly with Thule and I am sorry but they show no roof racks fits at all for the 2002 VW Eurovan with naked roof. None of our rack makers offers a custom-fit rack options.
However, we do have roof rack systems that use tracks to hold and support the rack feet. These are made for camper shells/truck toppers. One such rack is the Rhino-Rack Roof Rack System # Y02-490B which features quiet aero-style crossbars that will make less wind noise than round or square bar racks.

If the Yakima rack is unlocked then you can use the Replacement Control Key # Y8007835 to remove the lock core and see what code is on the side of the cylinder itself. If you check out the attached picture of the Replacement SKS Lock Core # Y8771-A148 you can see how "A148" is stamped into the side of it.
Once you remove the lock core all you need to do is search our site by typing in "Y8772-AXXX" the search bar with the 3 Xs being the numbers that come after A on your lock cylinder.
