There are no diamondstep rear bumpers that I can give you which will fit your 2004 Chevy Silverado, as they are universal bumpers for older model trucks and none are designed with your '04 Silverado in mind. What I can do, if you do not want to use a custom-fit bumper, is give you the widths of the universal bumpers so you can see if any match up to the width of the bumper on your truck, but I can't guarantee a fit.

There are two mounting tabs located on top of the inside center section on the bumper which measure 8" apart on center.
