I contacted Curt on your behalf regarding the Curt Anti-Rattle Kit for 2" Trailer Hitches # C22321. You can definitely tow with this anti-rattle pin kit. Hitch pins overall are not weight rated and the majority of the tongue weight and towing weight is not directly on the hitch pin. There will be no capacity concern using this threaded hitch pin with anti-rattle on a 2 inch hitch receiver with the exception of any solid shank accessory. view full answer...
The distance from the center of the hitch pin hole to the center of the anti-rattle pin on the Flash Silent 2-Ball Mount # DTSTBM6600-2S is approximately 1-3/4". view full answer...
The Gen-Y Iron Grip Anti-Rattle Hitch Pin item # GY39FR will work out great with the B&W Tow & Stow item # BW29FR you were looking at. This can be used with any 2" ball mount or accessory. This is the only anti-rattle device we have that will work with a solid shank ball mount. It will help greatly with side by side movement. view full answer...
The distance from the center of the hitch pin hole to the furthest away edge of the anti-rattle pin that extends out of the top of the ball mount's shank is right at 2-1/8 inches, as you can see in the photo I've edited for you. view full answer...
I just checked with Gen-Y. The Gen-Y Iron Grip Anti-Rattle Hitch Pin for 3" Hitch Receivers - 5/8" Diameter item # GY49FR is rated for 21,000 lbs. view full answer...
On the Solid-Tow Adjustable, Aluminum Ball Mount # DTSTBM6800 it measures 2 inches from the center of the hitch pin hole to the center of the anti-rattle pin on top of the shank.
That would mean half of it would make contact with your hitch and the other half would outside of the hitch opening since your hitch pin is 2 inches from the center of it's hitch pin to the end of the hitch opening. This would be enough for it to still function.
I have included a link to a video review of this... view full answer...
Hitch pins Like # PC3 and anti-rattle hitch locks such as # 63232 do not carry specific weight ratings. This is because they all have more than enough capacity to match that of the hitch in which they will be used. view full answer...
I had one of our warehouse workers pull Anti-Rattle Hitch Lock # MPG2174 for some measurements. The lock unit itself measures 2" long, 1-3/4" wide, and 7/8" thick. See the attached photo which illustrates these dimensions. This anti-rattle hitch lock is for Malone bike racks and cargo carriers that are used on 1-1/4" and 2" trailer hitch receivers. view full answer...

No, its not but I have a better option. Instead of the Anti-Rattle Hitch Pin for 2" Trailer Hitches item # SHP2061, I recommend the etrailer Anti-Rattle Hitch Stabilizer for 2" Hitches item # e99007. This can be used with any 2" ball mount or accessory so long as your hitch has a collar around it for a stabilizer to work. If you're using this on an 2019 F-150 you're good.
It will help greatly with vertical movement caused by bouncing when you hit a pot hole because it tightens the connection... view full answer...
I can confirm that the bolt thread size on the Threaded Anti-Rattle Hitch Pin Lock for etrailer Cargo Carriers # e99047 is M16 x 2. This has a pin diameter of 5/8" with a 2-5/8" span. It is designed for etrailer cargo carriers that fit 2" x 2" receivers. view full answer...

The Anti-Rattle Hitch Lock for Kuat Transfer Bike Racks # HLT has a pin span of 3-1/2". This is going to be the distance between the washers and the edge of the lock cylinder. This is a better way of measuring the usable area since the lock cylinders may be different between your lock and this locking pin. view full answer...
I went and pulled a Solid-Tow Adjustable, Aluminum Ball Mount # DTSTBM6825-2S from our warehouse to grab the measurement you asked for and found that it measures 1-3/4 inches from the center of the hitch pin hole to the closest edge of the anti-rattle device. It should work well for you based on the dimensions you listed. Since this comes with a built in anti-rattle device I would go with this one over the WeighSafe if it was my choice. view full answer...
