The Bully Round Exhaust Tip part # PM-5104 has a resonated body which will provide a slightly more "crackly" sounding exhaust for your 2011 Infiniti G37 but will not exactly make it any noticeably louder. Since both your existing pipes on the 2015 Chevy Duramax and the tip have a diameter of 4" the tip will not slide over your existing exhaust. Which isn't a problem, all you have to do is get the tip lined up, hold it in place and lay down a couple beads. Then, you can remove whatever is holding it in place and finish up welding. If there's a specific look you are going for you may need to trim back your existing exhaust enough to position your tip how you want.
