I have a solution for you, but there are not brackets to mount the Rhino Rack Pioneer platforms directly to your truck topper. I recommend adding a track system to the roof of your topper. You will use the Rhino-Rack RTC-Style Roof Rack Tracks # RTC14 to provide the tracks and then use the Track Mount RLTP Legs for Rhino-Rack RTC- and RT-Style Roof Rack Tracks # RLTP (x2) to mount the platform to the tracks. view full answer...
Because your A.R.E. Topper has the actuating rods instead of a wire pulley setup you'll need to use the Pop & Lock Power Pop Remote Keyless Entry Kit for Hard Tonneau Covers # PAL9000, which will replace your old rotary latch. The actuating rods make this topper not compatible with the # PAL9772 you were looking at, but this would be a comparable replacement. view full answer...
I have a solution for you, but there is not a plug and play type harness for this application that I'm aware of, so the easiest way is to tap into the tail lights on the truck. In order to power the third brake light on your truck topper via the tail lights you will need the Pacer Performance 3rd Brake Light Logic Module part # PP20-702, since the brake/turn signal circuits are combined. This means you'll need to separate the brake/turn signals or else the third brake light would blink... view full answer...
To add a roof rack to your topper, we have two great options available.
If you are wanting a roof rack with a track mount, we have the Rhino-Rack Aero Bar Roof Rack for Camper Shells - Track Mount, part # Y02-490B. It has 59"-long aero bars, and the track length is 63". It has a weight capacity of 220 pounds.
If you'd rather not have track mounts and just want bars and feet that bolt directly to the topper, we have the Thule TracRac CapRac Ladder Rack for Camper Shell/Truck Cap, part... view full answer...
The best option we have for you is the 3rd Brake Light Logic Module # PP20-702 which connects to the left and right stop/turn circuits on your 2023 Chevy Silverado 1500 and filters out the turn signals so you just have the brake signal for your topper.
I unfortunately don't have a wiring schematic of your truck so I don't know if there is a specific wire anywhere near the back of your truck bed for the CHMSL circuit you're talking about. view full answer...
I recommend going with the 59" crossbars # RRVA150B-2 as you're thinking of; you can generally have as much as 6" on each side of the vehicle and still be inside of the distance that the mirrors are going to stick out. You could potentially also go up to the Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero Crossbars - Aluminum - Black - 65" Long - Qty 2 # RRVA165B-2, which are 65" long and would give you 6" on each side of the Jeep and plenty of room for everything.
With that said, using those 59" bars is going... view full answer...

We have two connector options for your third brake light on your 2007 Dodge Ram 1500 for your Leer Topper.
The first option is Spectro Wiring # 9653P. With this connector you simply cut it in 1/2 then hardwire both your sides and plug them in together.
The second option is the Draw-Tite Universal 4 Pole Adapter # 18032. This is the same basic installation with the exception being that these are individual connections versus the flat connector of the # 9653P.

Yes, you can connect a 3rd Brake Light Logic Module # PP20-702 to a 4-Way Flat Trailer Connector # HM48110. This will filter our the turn signals from the brake lights on your trailer connector. Then you will only need to run the power and ground wire up to your 3rd brake light on your topper. view full answer...

I've never heard of an actual third brake light connector on a camper shell to plug in on a truck and we don't carry any parts to do that. The light generally needs to be hardwired into the truck's brake light circuit.
The issue with this on your 2017 Chevrolet Silverado the brake light and turn signal circuits are combined on one wire. So if you just wire it in the camper shell's brake light will also flash with the turn signals. To solve this issue we recommend using a vehicle to... view full answer...
I recommend using the Curt 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Custom Wiring Harness # C56070 to tee off your factory 7-way connector on your bumper of your 2013 Ford F-250. This will give you a 7-way connection inside the bed of your F-250. By using this connection you can easily remove your topper and wiring by disconnecting the connector.
To that you can use a Pollak Black Plastic, 7-Pole, RV-Style Trailer Connector # PK12706 to wire in for both the brake light circuit as well as a power circuit for... view full answer...
In order to carry a cargo carrier like the Yakima OffGrid Roof Cargo Basket - Steel - 44" Long x 40" Wide - 165 lbs # Y07138 you'll need a roof rack system and crossbars to provide the base; the good news is that in addition to carrying a cargo basket it will allow you to carry canoes, cargo boxes, or anything else you might need.
So to start I recommend using the Rhino-Rack Aero Bar Roof Rack for Camper Shells # Y02-480B. This is a track mounted roof rack kit that will install by drilling... view full answer...

According to Pop & Lock, the # PAL9772 should work on a Leer 700 truck topper with the existing handle. To install crossbars on the Yakima 72" HD Tracks for Roof Racks # Y84MR you need 2 of the Landing Pad 26 # Y75ZR, the SkyLine Towers # Y53TR, and then your choice of Yakima crossbars.
I recommend using the JetStream crossbars like the 50" # Y00425 because they look great, they are durable, and they are made of aluminum so they will last a long time.
I like this system because you can adjust the crossbars along the rails to accommodate different accessories you might need on your truck. view full answer...
The Rapid Traverse Feet for Thule Crossbars - Naked Roof # TH480R you have is actually not compatible with your 2015 Chevrolet Silverado 1500, so you're going to need to use something else.
For your A.R.E camper shell, I recommend instead going with the Thule TracRac CapRac Ladder Rack for Camper Shell/Truck Cap # TH29200XT.
These crossbars will mount to your camper shell, has a carrying capacity of 500-lbs, and measures 69" long x 3" wide x 1-1/4" tall. view full answer...
