We do have hitch fabrication parts for the 2016 Ford F-53 Chassis but there are no custom fit front mount receivers available at this time. You would need to a qualified fabricator to have a hitch welded on.
The Buyers Products black receiver tube part # 337RT25818B will get you started. I recommend this one because it has the hitch pin drilled for you already and it's already powder coated for you. I have attached a link for the other fabrication parts for your reference. view full answer...
We do not have any custom fit hitches for your 1969 Buick Electra but you may be able to have a shop fabricate one using some of the hitch fabrication parts we carry. I have included a link to the hitch fabrication parts for you.
Another possible option is a weld-on hitch. I have included a link to the weld-on hitches that we carry as well. view full answer...
We do carry a range of hitch fabrication plates such as the Buyers Products Fabricators Hitch Plat part # 3371809040 which measures 34-5/8" wide x 15-5/8" tall. That said, these are universal in design as the end product requires modifications to fit the exact application. I don't have any options specific to a particular make or model but these are the same plates you do see installed on big rigs so what you need to do is choose the one with the best dimensions for your particular application... view full answer...
If you are planning on having a crossmember welded to the frame of your trailer you would be best off just having the part # 41990 welded to the frame as that has the hitch opening already welded to it. Or we have the part # 41990-07 which has the hitch attached to drop brackets. view full answer...
The only front mount hitch option for your 2004 Ford F-250 is # 65022. But this receiver will exit in between the tow hooks. I cannot recommend using a custom hitch such as # C31014 for fabrication but you could use fabrication parts to have a custom fabricator make a hitch that will fit. I have linked the hitch fabrication parts we carry. You would just need a crossmember. This is likely going to be less expensive then trying to adapt a hitch to fit. view full answer...
For your 1992 GMC Vandura 3500 there is not a front mounted hitch from any of our manufacturers confirmed to fit. If you want to add a front hitch you will need to have one custom fabricated. I recommend using the Combo Bar 12" with 2" Trailer Hitch Receiver - Unpainted # E-11 to get you started and ensure it will be compatible with accessories.
I've linked the page to our hitch fabrication parts to assist. view full answer...
The 40k pintle hook part # 33710042 is a fit for the Buyers Products Fabricators Hitch Plate # 3371809043 that you referenced. This is highest capacity option we have with the correct bolt pattern. view full answer...
We do have other 2-1/2 inch combo bars if you want something shorter than 18 inches. We have a 12 inch model, # 337RT255812, and we have an 8 inch model, # 337RT255808. Since these are hitch fabrication parts they can be cut to the length needed. view full answer...
While we don't have any custom fit hitch plates that fit your 2016 International 4300 we do have some universal mounts that would potentially work. You'd need to have a qualified welder install the kit.
The hitch plates below all come with d-rings for the safety chains as well as gussets for added strength.

I have a possible solution for you but I spoke with Curt and they said not to use spacers or anything like that to install hitch # 13703.
But you might be able to have a professional welder fabricate a hitch that will span the width of your Keystone Raptor. They could use some of the hitch fabrication parts that we carry which I have linked to the right.
None of the other hitches are wide enough so having a hitch custom fabricated would be the way to go. view full answer...
Hey Adam, thanks for reaching out!
It sounds like you're either looking for a 24" fabrication part like the Buyers Products Weld-On Receiver Tube with 2" Hitch Receiver # 337RT25824B, or an extender piece like the 18" Extender # e48YR.
If you need the latter in a 24" length then you'll need to fabricate that because the only ones longer than this 18" extension are specialized ones for a dual receiver setup. view full answer...
The widest frame width the Curt Adjustable Width Trailer Hitch part # 13703 will fit is 72 inches. This is measured from outside to outside of the frame members. For a hitch on your RV you will have to have something fabricated up by a qualified welder.
I attached a link to all of the hitch fabrication parts we offer that you might be able to use. view full answer...
We do not at this time have a custom-fit gooseneck hitch for your 2018 Ford F-450 cab and chassis but we do have hitch fabrication parts like Curt # C65500 which has a rating up to 30K depending on the installation. This hitch does require under-bed reinforcement to reach its maximum capacity. view full answer...
Hitch manufacturers do not test custom fit hitches on RV cut away models because there are too many different bodies that could be put on the chassis for them to test them all. Your best option would be to use a weld on hitch, see link, or have something fabricated using some of the hitch fabrication parts we carry, also linked.
Welding should be performed by a qualified professional welder who can guarantee the hitch capacity once fabricated and/or installed. When welding to the vehicle... view full answer...
The Buyers Products Hitch Plate with Receiver Tube - Dodge/RAM part # 3371809067 is designed for 2007+ models. The only option we have for the older models is the Buyers Products Fabricators Hitch Plates like part # 3371809040 which requires custom fabrication i.e. drilling and welding. view full answer...
I wish we had a custom fit hitch available that would fit your ambulance, but nothing we have is going to be a direct fit. The best recommendation I could make for you would be to take your ambulance to a qualified fabricator and let them fabricate the best possible solution.

I have attached some other plate size options for you in a list below. view full answer...

The Buyers Products Fabricators Hitch Plate part # 3371809027A is designed to work with pintle hooks that have a 1-3/4" x 3-3/8" wide bolt pattern like the Bolt-On Pintle Hook part # C48231. This is a standard pattern that most pintle hooks use so if you have a few already they should fit. view full answer...
For your 1999 Ford F-450 Cab and Chassis with aluminum flatbed you will either use the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch for Flatbed Trucks - 30,000 lbs # BWGNRK1500 or the Buyers Products 2-5/16" Fabricators Flatbed Gooseneck Hitch # 3375613500.
