There is a lock that will work for your Sidewinder, but the collar on the Blaylock EZ Lock King Pin Lock # BLTL-70, though the Blaylock's collar is going to interfere due to the design; if you take a look at the accompanying photo you can see how close the wedge and king pin are.
Instead, I recommend the Master Lock 5th Wheel Trailer King Pin Lock # e98896.
The reason why is the # e98896 will fit around the king pin and not interfere with the wedge on a Sidewinder. view full answer...

The Ultimate Andersen 5th Wheel Hitch is a great product, and it makes sense that you'd want to protect your investment. If you're desiring a tripod with a locking feature around the king pin, the product # UF19-950500 is the one I'd recommend. You're going to need to remove the Andersen coupler block from the king pin to use this product, as there is no lock or locking tripod that is made to work with the coupler block. If you're interested in a king pin lock that works without the tripod,... view full answer...

The Trimax King Pin Lock # TMX56RR can still be used with your 5th wheel having a capture plate from PullRite. The capture plate mounts to the top of the kingpin and only takes up a similar amount of space that a Lube Plate # RP83002 would. If you happen to have one of the few capture plates which also has a funnel type block welded near the king pin you would want to consider a lock like the etrailer # e98896 as it does not have the section which slides over the top of the king pin channel. view full answer...
