Tonneau covers are designed to distribute the weight evenly. So standing on a folding tonneau cover, even briefly, is not recommended. It depends on which Truxedo tonneau cover you have for your Chevrolet Silverado. Some Truxedo tonneau covers will leave your stake pockets uncovered because the tonneau cover sits below the rails of your truck bed.
