We don't have a system that is quite as precise a fit as what you are asking for a bed extender on your Nissan Frontier. It is possible to use a hitch extender to get some added clearance along with a truck bed load extender like the
Erickson Big Bed JR Load Extender # EM07605.
Just make sure to keep in mind that hitch extenders are adapters, and they will reduce the capacity of your trailer hitch by 50 percent, including the tongue weight. So you may not be able to use the full capacity of the truck bed extenders, but if you just need it for lighter applications you can use an extender.
