Someone replied back to the etrailer message and asked for more specifics. I supplied the exact model and URL.
I was given a quote than was roughly 1.5 hour labor, though the manual suggests 45 minutes for professional installers.
I made an appointment and left the vehicle for a little over 2 hours.
One specific request was to ask if they could cut only the exact 4-inch square needed from the under body panel versus the 18 inches the manual shows. There are several videos online, including one from e-trailer that show this much cleaner installation. I was assured it wasn't an issue and they would do it that way.
Sadly, they cut the large section from the panel. Worse (or better?) late that evening someone called to leave a message - they were reviewing the install and thought perhaps the Carbon Canister had not been reattached. Puzzling as the instructions to "relocate" it only require using the brackets and not actually disconnecting. I had to bring the vehicle back and wait ~45 minutes for them to check and ultimately, yes, reattach the connection to the Carbon Canister.
Knocking 1 star total for the miscommunication about trimming the panel and requirement of a followup appointment. They were all very nice and easy to work with otherwise.
