Done Right Auto RV installed the base plate and the taillight wiring kit. The battery shutoff kit was installed at another shop. They seemed to do a professional job and I appreciated that they finished the installation in less than 2 days. Since I purchased all the parts myself, Done Right Auto RV insisted that I pay cash and that the work would be done without warranty. Had I known, I would not have purchased the parts first. Overall, I am satisfied with installation. We will tow our Ford Focus behind our motor home for the first-time next week.
