I was shopping around locally for a company that could help me purchase and secure a trailer hitch to my Toyota Prius. There was only one company in town (U-Haul) and they had terrible reviews. I also see U-Haul hitches everywhere because they are riddled with their logo. I wanted my hitch to be as discreet as possible. I ended up shopping around on E-Trailers.com and found the perfect hitch, however I could not find anyone to install it. After watching a few YouTube videos I determined I was not able to do it myself and gave up. Enter E-Trailer Customer Service, they reached out to me, helped me locate a super reputable brand (Mad Dog Cycle’s in Orem, UT) and arranged everything to be shipped and installed on their side. The install was extremely quick, they had it done within a couple of hours and the hitch turned out amazing. 5 stars to both companies for helping me solve these problems.
