He also helped me by looking up the additional parts at a local retail store (ball, riser and hitch pin) and wrote down the all the numbers for me. That in itself was above and beyond and a tremendous help when I went to purchase those parts. Joe is a really nice guy and knows his customer service for all ages. I would/will definitely recommend .
