We needed a new brake controller installed in our truck to support the towing of our camper trailer.. The staff was very helpful and ensured we had the right controller. They also answered several other questions. They got us in the next day and it was installed within an hour. It works great! We are very happy with the staff, service, and product and would go back for any other needs we may have.

I had a trailer hitch and wiring installed. I was quite satisfied with the whole experience. Joe explained the whole process and answered all of my questions. He also helped me by looking up the additional parts at a local retail store (ball, riser and hitch pin) and wrote down the all the numbers for me. That in itself was above and beyond and a tremendous help when I went to purchase those parts. Joe is a really nice guy and knows his customer service for all ages. I would/will definitely recommend .

He did a good job, but in my opinion, he was way to expensive, $500 for a 2.5 hour job.
