The actual installation was 5 star. Everything was installed perfectly, and they did a good job of explaining everything to me. The only reason I deducted one star had to do with their communicating with me about the cost. They did not return my original call with an estimate, so when I followed up, they gave me a price that I accepted and we scheduled the service. Upon picking it up, the bill was 3x higher than the estimate. They had neglected to call me when they realized they had given me an incorrect estimate. The final price was fair, maybe even low, once they explained things, But they should have called me when they realized what the actual price would be and get my approval. They DID apologize for this oversight.
