Today on our 2018 Ford Explorer, we're gonna be taking a look at the ClearPlus Intelli-Curve windshield wiper blades. It's gonna be a 26 inch blade for your driver side, and a 22 inch blade for your passenger side. Now when we're using our blades, as you can see, they're nice and quiet and they don't leave any streaks behind.Now this is what our wiper blades are gonna look like installed on our Explorer. A lot of times we don't even think about changing them until it's too late and they don't hardly work anymore.these are gonna make a great replacement for your worn out blades, or even an upgrade for them. Now these are pretty cool because they this guard which makes it an all weather type construction. They're very durable, that way when ice gets on 'em, it actually will protect the blade and the frame itself from that ice.

That way the blade's not gonna crack or fail.It does have an aerodynamic design, which really helps when you're going down the highway, unlike some blades that have al of chatter at higher speeds, you won't have any issues with these blades.Now that we've gone over some of the features, show you how to remove the old ones and put on our new ones. Here I'd gone ahead and lifted my wiper arm up, after I remove the blade itself there's gonna be a tab just like this on each side. You take your fingers and squeeze 'em in, and then simply push the blade up and out.All right, this is how our new ClearPlus wiper blade is going to come. It's also going to come with a series of different adapters. Now we're going to need to use one of these adapters, so we have to remove this one.

To do that, spin it upside down. We're gonna use downward pressure with our thumbs to pop it off that rod. And just falls out of the bottom. As far as this goes, we're gonna have to get down to the bottom adapter. So it's gonna come like this, clipped in together.

To remove it, you'll pull up and out, and there's gonna be one more beneath that. We're gonna use out thumbs to pull out and up, like that. And this will be the one that we're going to actually be using. So we're gonna connect it to the wiper blade by lining up this slot with the rod. Just put downward pressure on it.

See here it clip in. All right, now we can go ahead and attach it to our wiper arm.To do that, simply line it up like so, and we'll just push down and clip 'em together. And now we can carefully set it back down against our windshield. Now the other side installs exactly the same. So to get that done, just go ahead and repeat the same process.
