  If you have no power to the taillight pin with the T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118288 then the issue is almost certainly that you have a blown fuse on your 2019 Honda Ridgeline. What you will need to do is check you owner's manual to find the fuse and replace it, which should remedy the issue. Purple is reverse lights at noon, Black is 12V battery power at 1:00, Green is Right turn and brake at 3:00, Blue is brake controller output at 5:00, White is ground at 7:00, Yellow Left turn and brake at 9:00, and Brown is tail and running lights at 11:00.
