Installation
This custom-fit T-One connector plugs into your vehicle's wiring harness, which is located at the rear of your vehicle, on both the driver's and passenger's sides. You will find the harness behind protective covers near the rear bumper.
Once installation is complete, the 4-way flat connector will be stowed beneath your vehicle, near the trailer hitch. A mounting bracket (sold separately) is recommended to keep the connector secure.
It is recommended that you use a small amount of grease on all electrical connections - the plugs on your automobile and the 4-pole connector itself - to help prevent corrosion.

Your wire harness is great.unfortunatly I can't get to my taillight plug on the passenger side.the smog canister is in the way with hoses hooked up.im afraid of disconnecting and end up throwing a code.so with that said I have the left taillight and left blinker that works.2003 tj jeep.probably not quite the review you wanted to here.jeep screwed me up on something that should taken a half hour to do.you still have a quality harness.thankyou

Super easy installation on a 2001 jeep wrangler. Just follow the instructions and it's a simple plug n play. Didn't need to strip and cut any existing wires or modify any existing connections.

Great product, much better than those that cut into and attach to individual wires. Took about 30 minutes from beginning to end. 2001 Jeep Wrangler on the driver side the connections were made by removing the brake light assembly and on the drivers side the connections were made from below and behind the right tire. It was easy to drill the bumper with a hole saw making a nice out of the way connection to a one piece flat and round connector, see picture.

Harness arrived promptly and in perfect condition. Instructions were easy to follow. Installation was simple except for feeding wires from one side to the other (due to my aftermarket rear bumper). Harness plugged up easily on my '98 TJ.

Installed on 2004 Jeep wrangler. Very easy to install. Ran the wires through bumper and added some electrical loom to help protect wires from the elements. Installation was fast and easy! Recommended!

Very nice website that made it very easy for me to find the trailer hitch and wiring kit I was looking for at a great price and was delivered very fast. I really enjoyed the detailed information, pictures and even installation videos of the products I was purchasing that made it easy for me to install on my own. Curt hitch is very well made and was a breeze to install as was the Tekonsha plug and play wiring harness. The only thing I found odd was etrailer applied their advertising sticker on the hitch upside down, I had to remove it. I highly recommend etrailer and will definitely buy from them again in the near future.

Easy to install on 2005 Wrangler, except for a metal bracket on the passenger side which partially blocked the way. I cut it out to get access from below.

Fantastic product. Install could not be simpler, the hardest part was disconnecting the harnesses for each tail light as they had been connected for 14 years, but once that was done, the new wiring plugged right in and worked without any additional work.

EXCELLENT PRODUCT. ONE HALF HOUR AFTER OPENING THE BOX I WAS DONE WITH THE INSTALLATION AND PUTTING TOOLS AWAY. IF I WAS MORE FAMILIAR WITH THE PUSH CONNECTIONS AND THE FIRST DRILL BIT WAS IN GOOD CONDITION IT WOULD HAVE GONE MUCH FASTER. IF I WERE TO DO THIS AGAIN I THINK I COULD GO FROM AN UNOPENED BOX TO ALL DONE , TOOLS PUT AWAY AND RELAXING INSIDE IN FIFTEEN MINUTES. SHIPPING WAS QUICK AND GEORGE KEPT ME UPDATED EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. IF YOU ARE THINKING OF USING THIS COMPANY...DO IT!
