Lee B - 03/28/2022I've bought items from etrailer a number of times and always been impressed with the service, advice and product quality. Unfortunately, this order was a bust. The box arrived in one-piece although it looked very rough, ripped and taped together. The lock itself is damaged-the interior deadbolt lever is broken. The screws used to install the door lock itself were not included nor were the screw needed to attach the striker plate.
This order is a bust. However, I want to reiterate this is the first bad experience I've had with etrailer. All others have been stellar. I'm not sure what happened this time. ~

Emily was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable about the products and I received the correct lock and keys in 3 days. Installation of the door lock was simple and took no more than 10 minutes, our camper is secure and safe again. Thank you etrailer and Emily.

Easy to install entry door lock. Great piece of mind to have a new different key instead of the same key every other Rv'er has out there. Peace of mind when leaving RV unattended in different RV parks. Highly recommend.

Wasn’t able to lock the door handle from the inside now with our new door lock assembly our dual lock Works perfectly! Fast shipping! Easy to install. Friendly & knowledable customer service 5 stars. Windy - 09/19/2019Bought two for the RV and got them key matched. Bought another for my snowmobile trailer. Great replacement to those flimsy plastic handles. The only plastic on this, from what I can see, is the red dead bolt lever.
The locking latch was a replacement for one on our Gray Wolf. Fit perfectly. Also arrived promptly.
Stacie - 05/24/2022I received the entry lock in a timley maner in good shape. It was a perfect match and fairly easy to instal. I had to drill the tumbler out of the old latch as we did not have the key last year to get the door open.. That meant we could not lock the camper when leaving it durring a camping trip. The new lock took care of that problem and we feal at ease leaving some of out semi valuables in the trailer when camping.
I specifically asked that this door latch/lock be keyed to G307 because I have 4-G307 keys from the old lock that failed. I was told he wasn’t sure if that could be done but made a note to try. I then directed The CS person that if it could not be keyed for G307 then I wanted to purchase two additional keys for spares to be shipped with this order so I would not have to pay for the S & H again for spare keys. I received the lock; it IS NOT keyed for G307 & NO ADDITIONAL keys were included. I specifically ordered from etrailer because they offered the “key alike” option. I am extremely disappointed that my requests were ignored. Now I need to order additional keys AND pay for S&H again!

We had to drill out the lock to get into our RV one day as the picture shows. While my husband was drilling out the old lock, I went online to order a new one from etrailer and they had exactly what we needed!
Just picked up our new lock from the post office and my husband installed it in 20 minutes!
It works great and a extra surprise of 4 keys with 2 having lights in them!
The only issue we had was that the plate is a little smaller than the original as the picture shows.

Easy and direct replacement for my Bauer NE lock that never did work right. This lock feel a lot more solid! Total job about 15 minutes.

Sierra K - 08/13/2021I purchased 2 lock sets keyed alike for the entry doors on my 40 ft 2014 KZ Stoneridge Sportster F/W
Each set came with 2 keys and yes all four keys fit and function in both lock sets. I installed these with no problems, As matter of fact these new locks open and close the doors more quietly and smoothly. I would recommend these lock sets from etrailer.com to anyone before calling a locksmith to rekey because of lost keys
The locks work perfectly, I now have locks on both doors that can be locked and unlocked with one key.

I ordered by phone and the representative was so helpful. Said I would receive it in about 5 days . I received it in 2 days. If I ever need more items I would definitely order from etrailer. I would also recommend others to order from this company.
Not too difficult to install with average mechanical skills. I like the dead bolt for added security.
Poor workmanship.
Two of the holes were not drilled deep enough to accept the screws provided to assemble the unit in the door. One of the holes in the units striker plate was not drilled out and could not accept a screw.

The replacement latch fits perfectly and works better than the original. Installed on my Winnebago trailer when the original lock jammed. Took about 10 minutes to install.
