This part came with the trailer hitch I purchased.
It was very easy to transfer the ball from my 2" hitch and voila I am now ready to haul my trailer.

Not very happy with getting a used or returned ball mount from etrailer.com, should not have any rust or dents when I buy a new one. Sending a mail to customer service for a RA#, hopefully they will correct this problem. The wiring harness I order was the other item I ordered and it was in good shape. My experience with them has been up to this point excellent.
I've only technically used it once but drove with it for over 5,000 miles so I'd say that says something! I used it with my Prius to help tow a nine foot Uhaul trailer with my motorcycle and a bunch of other stuff from my apartment from Tennessee to Massachusetts. Quality product!
The [online] video of the install made the installation straight forward and simple. The products are as expected.

I will be replacing the hitch pin with one that has a hole for the cotter pin.
Very well built fits the hitch I purchased I will be using it often to pull my trailer with my 12' jon boat to go fishing.

I'm impressed! You promised my order would be here on Friday. It arrived a day early! Watching the video about installing the hitch said installation time was 40 minutes. I had it installed in exactly 40 minutes. That included the time it took me to search for the tool that I just had in my hand 30 seconds ago. Came inside and watched the video on installing the wiring harness then installed it without a hitch (pun intended)... The whole job took exactly 2 hours. I rarely have a job go that smoothly! Again, I'm impressed. Thank you so much!
The best way to order the drawbar is to get it from the same source as the hitch of the car. Some drawbars are the right size but may have the wrong safety pin diameter!
Delivered in factory condition. Exactly as described.
A year later and it is still working great. Install was easy.

Good quality. Galvanized pain is pretty rusty after one year thiugh.
Good Product. I am a guy that likes a challenge although this wasen't much of one.. easy instructions, straight forward application and tools this was a fun project. my best advice would be if you're putting together a project of sorts make sure you speak to a rep before you order, that way all the parts you order work well together..
