These universal towing mirrors extend your view up to 7-1/2" and limits blind spots for safer navigation while changing lanes, passing, backing up, and parking. Each mirror face can be manually rotated or tilted to adjust to your preferred viewing angle.
The mirrors install quickly and easily to both the driver's- and passenger's-side factory mirrors. Simply clamp the towing mirror arms around your existing mirror housing, and then use the included textured rubber straps to secure each mirror into place for a vibration-free ride.

Tool-free installation. We bought these for my Jeep Grand Cherokee and they fit beautifully. We went on a couple trips already, one of them being over 2300 miles and there were no issues and they made towing our vintage trailer so much easier. We needed them by a certain date and got them thanks to having them sent out right away. Highly recommend!
These are amazing mirrors for the 2020 jeep gladiator went from Texas to Wyoming with Winds and back no problems
The mirrors work fairly well although I have nothing to compare them with. Factory expanding side mirrors would have been ideal except Ford's "better idea" should have been to include them with the trailer-towing package.
Good for the price, not great. They did what they needed to do with a cargo trailer but if I did a lot of blind towing I’d look for better mirrors.
The mirrors were sent stating that the mirrors were designed for a Jeep Grand Cherokee L. That is not correct. Due to the size of the mirror on the 2021 Grand Cherokee L, the straps on the too short. Ideally, the straps need to be crossed when installed. Furthermore, the straps need to be longer for proper securing on the mirror. I have had to jerry-rig the mirrors to secure the on the vehicle for good usage.
Mirrors were used on a 2021 Subaru Outback. Outback mirrors taper toward the outside, presenting a wedge shape. However, the flexible geometry of the bars that rest on the existing mirror, combined with the tough rubber straps, kept the mirrors in place very well.
On a hot day (90ºF+), the straps had to be checked and tightened due to heat expansion.
Once or twice in a very high wind situation, a passing truck caused the driver's side mirror to fold back to the vehicle.
CIPA mirrors are a breeze to put on and remove. There is no left or right, so you can grab either mirror, quickly squeeze the bars to fit along the top and bottom of your vehicle mirror, and hook the rubber straps and pull straps to tighten them securely.
These mirrors allow one to see what is directly behind the trailer and to drive confidently, knowing what other vehicles are around yours and who might be signaling a lane change.
I've waited a year to ensure I had adequate experience with my mirrors. I purchased the CIPA Universal Clip-On for my Hyundai Santa Fe. Takes less than a minute to install. Angling the mirrors for optimal position was straight forward too. Straps are decently heavy duty. Help my towing visibility be reducing my blind spots. I felt mu saver. Some minor mirror vibration but never enough to be an annoyance. I've done two long trips. I hve travel from NC to the West coast and also to NY finger lakes. Worked well.
The frame of the mirrors fits well around the factory mirrors on our 2011 Toyota Sienna, however the clips that catch the edges of the mirror make contact with the factory mirror surface and tilt it down slightly when clamped on, so it is difficult to get the factory mirrors at the right angle while the extension mirrors are attached. The extension mirrors also vibrate quite a bit even after trying a few different positions and orientations. They do an okay job of getting the line of sight outboard more than the factory mirrors, but I would like them to be more stable and not make contact with the factory mirror.
Bought them a year ago, just used them today. They fit great! Very little vibration. Very happy with them!
The only option that would fit our Tucson. eTrailer responded to our inquiry with a photo of these mirrors on the same year Tucson as ours. Does customer service get any better?
These are a great, compact set of towing mirrors. They provide a clear view down both sides of the trail trailer. Their installation and removal literally take less than 5 seconds per mirror. I highly recommend this product.
Ok for temporary use. A lot of vibratio n.
The mirrors vibrate a little but don't come off at highway speed.
They are a little confusing at times but do help in backing the boat trailer down to the ramp. I had to do a little remodeling because the clamps interfered with the remote adjustment of the truck mirrors. The Toyota Tacoma mirrors are too small for the double cab, long bed truck.
These stayed put thru a 4 wk camping trip with tons of miles at 65mph or more??. Would highly recommend.
After using the mirrors a few times, we had the seat/mirror memory in the car fixed from an earlier malfunction, and thereafter, the towing mirror mounts interfered with the regular mirror setting and would cause the mirror motor to vibrate as it continually tried to adjust the regular mirror to the set positions. A complete failure. Sorry about that!
Really helps to see around the boat and next lane of traffic.. Makes lane changing much easier. Easy to put on and adjust.
Unlike some mirrors of this style, these do not vibrate while going down the road. I only use one and it is on the right side of the car. I save the other mirror for a backup. Like I mentioned, I have no issue with vibration, I drive a 2010 Dodge Journey.
These were a great value. They attach securely, and allow us to monitor our pop-up camper from the driver's seat.
Passenger side mirror has insufficient field of view. I think that a convex mirror be supplied for use on the passenger side. This will make it easier to align and provide a better view of the side of the trailer. A flat mirror has a very small field of view which is unsafe.
Mirrors have worked well. Used them from FL to UT and back and they have held up well. Still using them.
Mirrors do not stay securely in place, regardless of how much I tighten the straps. Now, I only put them on to back the trailer into position.
The mirrors vibrate horribly. I had got them for use with my 24' car hauler so I could see blind spots. I never used them again after the first use. In town, slow speeds (30mph) they are fine. The moment you ge tup to speed on a highway they can't handle the wind. Night time, I ended up taking them off becuase I could not tell where vehichles were next to me.
Great visibility with these on our Dodge Durango when we are towing our 1954 Vintage Airstream Trailer. The great thing is they easily pop on and off and we did;t have to change out our regular mirrors.
Works good in a pinch. There are no tow mirrors made specifically for our vehicle. These worked great on our 6 hr drive with high winds. The flat rubber straps help keep the mirrors in place. Seems like a better design than the clap down. Very pleased with this solution.
Easy to install and give a better view of trailer clearance
