Very nice, everything lined up properly. Would be 5 stars but the bolts provided did not fit the frame welded nuts and I had to go get replacements.
Nice hitch, went right on once I had the proper 7/16 bolts.
Would have given 5 stars if my hitch wasn't all dinged up and paint chipped everywhere. My hitch looks like it was dragged across the floor. Overall my hitch fits nicely with my tundra.
Box was pretty banged up. That is to be expected with the weight involved.
Great product, fast delivery time, perfect fit and easy to install. The only problem was some nuts and bolts were missing,one actually fell out of the plastic when the UPS man handed it to me. Fortunately I have a garage full of nuts and bolts, so problem solved.
Jenny N - 10/15/2021Fits perfectly and had no issues installing by myself. Used a strap to hold one end while I bolted up the other side. Box came a bit destroyed but that's on UPS. Will be buying another for a different vehicle soon.
George kept me informed at each step about the progress of my order and its expected arrival time. The shipment came just as he had predicted. The box that the hitch came in was a little beat up, and the hitch itself had a few dings in the finish on one edge. Otherwise this review would be rated "excellent." Even so, the hitch is of high quality construction and materials. It mounted just as advertised, a perfect fit. And it promises to do all the jobs that I have in mind for it: for example, carry my bikes on a bike carrier, and my canoe on an extended load arm. Despite the dings, I am very pleased with the product and with its price.

Fast delivery. The box was damaged when arrived but the hardware and the trailer hitch were in good condition and not damaged. If you are purchasing this for a 2002 Toyota Tundra and are not sure if it is a good fit, go on with your purchase and buy confidently because it is a perfect fit. The Toyota Tundra has 2 pre-soldered bolts in the back and 1 hole in the front. The hitch is heavy duty material and it is a perfect fit. Directions very clear to follow on how to install, although you can figure this out on your own even if you don't have them because it only goes one way. Very satisfied with the purchase and pleasure to do business with. Would buy again from this seller if I had the chance!
Nik C - 04/07/2019I've seen Draw-Tite on vehicles all over the place, so I was confident that it was well made, but the installation was so easy that I don't know why more people without a hitch receiver on there vehicle don't install one.
At 55 lbs. it's sort of a 2 man job, but at 61 years old, and with the help of a few tow straps to hold it in place I got it on in about 45 minutes... all by myself. This was on an 18 year-old truck (2001 Toyota Tundra), and it fit perfectly. The etrailer video was very helpful.

One item to improve upon is the packaging of the hitch.
The receiver portion of the carton was torn open, and the ends protruded through the box....Fortunately there was no damage.

I broke my arm right after receiving the hitch, so I couldn’t install it myself. I had a local garage do the install, and I have to say, it looks way better than the original factory set up, espesially that this hitch has a place to attach the trailer electrical connection.
Bruce - 07/03/2019Hitch has excellent Quality and fit my truck no problem. My Truck was old so I had some trouble with rust in my welded on nuts. I would suggest getting a friend to help hold it up during install and having an Air tool available if possible for those older installations.
Perfect fit for my 2002 Toyota Tundra and aesthetically pleasing hidden under the bumper. Very easy install and took about 30 minutes to install from start to finish. Installation required additional help to hold the hitch up to the frame while I bolted it on as it heavy and very well made. Highly recommend this hitch.
The T-One wiring harness is absolutely great and installed exactly as the instructions state. About 5 minutes to install with the Tundra pre-wired circuit. Very happy with the entire purchase.
I am thrilled with this Draw-Tite hitch for my Toyota Tundra. The truck's frame was pre-drilled so installation was a snap. This hitch is heavy, but my teenage daughter helped me install it and we had the job done in about 30 minutes. I think it's the easiest hitch install that I've ever done. And of course, etrailer is awesome, and they supplied great instructions, and a video on their website detailing the installation. I highly recommend this hitch.
The hitch mated up to the existing frame very nicely. Katherine @ etrailer helped with my order to insure that the hitch, wiring & ball mount would all fit my 2001 Tundra. I recommend etrailer to anyone needing a hitch for their vehicle. The items arrived in just a few days & withstood the obvious damage to the box by UPS. In addition I save over $200 by purchasing from etrailer in lieu of having a local trailer dealership that wanted over $400 for the hitch, wiring & installation. I’m no mechanic but I was able to figure a way to install the hitch by myself.
First off I would like to say that this has been the best experience I've ever had in online shopping. George J was most helpful in providing me with the status of my order. Everything came in on time and was all complete. The hitch I ordered was easy to install, the instructions provided with the order and the online instructional video were most helpful.
The only problem I had, which was only a small problem, was that the factory 4-way plug and bracket were in the way of the mounting bracket on my hitch. I only had to remove the plug and bend the factory bracket up, then mount the hitch and remount the plug. But in doing so it was necessary to cock it at an angle and redrill one hole. Which happened to make easier access to the plug, so it all turned out well.
All in all I will definitely be doing business with etrailer again, and I highly recommend them to all my friends.
Box arrived a bit damaged. However, the product inside was in good condition. This hitch is the perfect fit for a 2004 Toyota Tundra. All the necessary hardware comes with it. No drilling necessary and easy to install. In my opinion it couldn’t be a better fit and the hitch also has a small bracket welded to it for the wiring. Great price. If you have a 2004 Toyota Tundra make this hitch your first option!

After one year, I’m pretty impressed with the hitch. It’s been everything I expected. Mounted right to the frame of my 05 Tundra seamlessly once I got the old bolts removed from the rusted hitch. Just keep an eye on the rust As water often creeps up in those tight spaces. I did dust mine with a little black paint just to make sure Rust didn’t accumulate. I’ve pulled many trailers with it and had zero issues. And the price was outstanding from etrailer.

Web site was user friendly , haven’t had time to install but looks like the right size after holding it up to my puck up truck. My only complaint was the box. It got delivered and the hitch was hanging out the bottom of the box. This may have been the transportation people but everything was undamaged and the hardware was taped to the hitch.
