Attached are pictures of my finish project. The video presentation on etrailer website helped tremendously with one small difference, my car being the AMG model, the removal of the bumper was slightly different than the standard GLC in the video. Nonetheless, the video instruction provided made the task less stressful.
Bottom line, the hitch work, looks beautiful...and I completed the task all by myself.

Anny - 04/04/2020Installation was not bad, took me about 3 hours to install the trailer hitch receiver without cutting the heatshield. That is the 1st reasons why I choose Draw-Tite, the 2nd is you can install a J-pin but for some reason my receiver did not have that extra hole for a J-pin, I do not know if the manufacturer forgot to drill a secondary hole.

Great price for this very specific piece fitting my 2017 GLC300. Took it to some Mercedes mechanics who hadn’t attached one of these before. Took them 2.5 hours, but it’s done and looks great! Can’t wait to try it out!

Good price, but the item was filthy dirty and looked like it sat on a shelf in a dusty warehouse for years. Someone should have at least wiped it off before boxing it up.
Dismantling the GLCs rear bumper is quite tedious, but the instructions and video provided are perfect for walking you through it! I highly recommend that you get a set of trim removal tools to make your life easier!
Product works well, but fit could be better around bumper cover and receiver.
I have been searching for a month to find a hitch that would mate with my 2017 Mercedes GLC 300. Finally heard about ETrailer. I called and was connected to Troy who was incredibly helpful. He took me thru the a number of questions concerning the weight etc that I would be towing and recommended a unit that was a little less in capacity as the heavier duty unit was not going to be worth the extra cost. He then followed up immediately with an email confirming pricing and shipping information. The unit arrived 5 days later. GREAT SERVICE,KNOWLEDGE AND FOLLOW UP. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!
Bill A - 03/11/2018Installed on 2019 GLC 350. Functions perfectly and looks great. This is not a DIY project for most. Installation by my mechanic shop took several hours, and apparently removal and replacement of rear bumper trim, fascia, quarter panels etc. End result is great. Finding the right hitch for your particular make, model and year vehicle was easy with this vendor.
Package got delivered on time. Will post more reviews once I use the product.
Received order quickly. No installation instructions with hitch receiver. Watch the video several times and install should be no problem. Don't rush it. Take your time. Install is really simple but must be done one step at a time. A set of drive on ramps really helps.
Customer service was superb
I received the hitch and installed it on my MB GLC300 4Matic today. It fit the vehicle frame mounts fine, but I had to notch the fascia panel slightly at the receiver bracket to get the bottom retainer screws back into the bumper cover, a slight mod that the video didn’t show or talk about.
The video installation instructions were outstanding. As this install is quite complicated, I’m not sure I could have done it without the video tips.
Will tackle the wiring kit install tomorrow.
Perfect combo of performance and price. Going to be used mostly to attach Bike carriers.

WOW, it's here and I can't get to the installation until Monday. I just had to open the box, yup everything was there and all new and shiny. Bonus, it even had a hitch, hole plug! Way to go.
