The ordering and delivery process went great. The product is exactly as I needed and ordered. I have not used it yet, but it fits and I am sure will work. Something else really surprised me and made me feel like a valued customer and not a price tag. I was frustrated running around town looking for the product, not one store (out of 13) had what I needed. So I finally got online looked up what I needed and found it through etrailer.com (best user friendly site I have found in a long time and I am online a lot) so I ordered it. Well when I got the receipt I noticed I was charged double for shipping and handling, well at this point paying another $4.99 was worth it, so I excepted the double charge. A few days later I got a text message (from my bank) telling me etrailer.com credited my account $4.99 (one of the S/H charges) I was so happy and told my husband well this company really pays attention to detail. Thank you to the etrailer.com employees for making sure your product and services still have value for the customer. You have defiantly gained respect and a future customer, who will tell everyone she knows! Thank you again... This adapter is perfect. I use 10/4 SJO Cords with L14 twist lock connectors for my welder.
With this adapter I can connect my travel trailer to one of my cords if additional length is needed or I can connect to my generator's L14 outlet set at 120 volt.
Price much less than any other place I have compared.

Exactly what I was looking for. You have to have this in order to fully power an RV by generator unless your generator is RV ready. Great heavy duty product.

Been using this adapter for about 1 yr. Running 7500 generac generator on a 28' enclosed trailer at races. Typically run 6 hours or more per day and have run well over 100 hours total. Still looks and works like new. Very good quality product.
