The first number in the bolt pattern is the number of bolt holes. The second number denotes the diameter, in inches, of the circle on which the bolt holes sit.
On wheels with an even number of bolt holes, measure from the center of one bolt hole to the center of the hole directly across from it. (Example: 8 on 6-1/2 means 8 bolt holes with 6-1/2" from the center of one hole to the center of another on the opposite side.)
To determine the bolt-circle diameter on wheels with an odd number of bolt holes, measure from the center of any bolt hole to the point halfway between the two bolt holes directly across from the first. (Example: 5 on 4-1/2 means 5 bolt holes with 4-1/2" measured to a point halfway between the opposite bolt holes.)
Measuring the distance (D) from the center of one bolt hole on the wheel to the center of a bolt hole right next to it can also help to determine the bolt pattern.

I wish I had taken before and after photos of my trailer. A typical 5x8 utility trailer with the extruded wire mesh deck which I got for a bargain, perfect for my lawn tractor or 4 wheeler. However the 8" wheels did not provide enough ground clearance for the terrain where I intended to use it as a equipment hull trailer to our deer camp, pulled by the 4 wheeler. After finding etrailer.com my problems were solved! I ordered 5 bolt hubs, 5.30 x12" wheels and the economy plastic fenders and fender brackets. While waiting my order I wire wheeled the frame and gave it a fresh coat of paint and WHAL-LA! I have a new looking trailer! The order arrived in record time, securely packaged and great quality! I ordered the pre-packed hubs and didn't have to get into that sticky mess! Everything worked out as planned and was easy-peezy to assemble and install. I'll definitely use etrailer.com in the future.

Roger - 08/03/2021Very good price, works great on my harbor freight folding trailer I modified last year, it upgrades with my 1720axle and 5lug 530c load tires from the 1195axle with 4lug 480b load tires giving me more weight capacity now to strengthen the trailer tongue . Thank you very much
I looked all over, to include Harbor Frieght where I bought the trailer, and could not find replacement bearings. Etrailer.com had exactly the parts I needed. They fit as advertised and arrived in just 3 days. I will definitely use etrailer.com again and you should too!

Thomas - 12/14/2020Received, then installed within an hour. No problems at all during assembly. Grease caps fit nice and tight. Came with an extra set of caps for ez-lube axles, I think. I appreciated the pre-greased condition, just install them and go.

Fits perfect!!!!! I should have done this first instead of buying bearings and unable to remove the old bad race. While trying to remove the old race I cracked the hub and destroyed it. Then to make matters worse went to the local farm store and got what seemed like the right thing...but it was wrong too. Would have saved myself a lot of aggravation had I did my research on etrailer.com and got the right thing first. The Q&A section got me right what I needed. 10 min on the site I had ordered exectly what I needed. It arrived in two days. Almost faster than the farm store. I have spent more than two days returning parts. I will go with etrailer.com from now on.
