Great service from ordering to delivery. Looks great on my new Chevrolet Colorado truck. I also ordered the Bulldog locking pin. Very east to install, lock and unlock. Very pleased with the two items i purchased.

The rear hitch step is actually as advertised. Mounted in two hitch very easily and will be very convenient for the family to access the bed of the truck.
Richard - 04/16/2021First I don't have a problem with etrailer; however, the Bully Hitch-Mounted Step was a disappointment. The box it arrived in was in no way damaged and within the box the Bully factory packaging for the step was in perfect shape. Upon opening the Bully Step I found the powder coating severely scratched on the underside of the step and then touched up with black paint that didn't match; this paint had be hand applied. Also the powder coating is thin and appears cheap. There was a spot on top that was not powder coated at all. Lastly, the rubber caps on each end are thin and not at all secure. Do I think the step will work as intended - yes, but quality control is seriously lacking. To etrailer's credit they are paying for return shipping and gave me no hassle about returning the step. They are sending me a replacement right away. I will give Bully on more chance in hopes the first step I received was a fluke. Got to love the great Made in China quality control.
Great product - well made. I installed it myself. Using it mostly for bike rack. Plus with Bully installed it protects rear of car from being bumped by other cars.

Happy with the step/bumper. I have a painted rear bumper and park parallel at work so no mystery bumps from the rear to mar the paint. Looks great and functions well as a step. Always good to put a lock on it.
The step seems well built and sturdy however I didn't know a adapter was necessary to fit my Ram 3500. I specified that was the vehicle it was going on
Mike L - 01/25/2019Looks to be a solid well made product. Recently got a newer bigger SUV. My old one had a step built into the bumper. Not only does the new one now have a step, it's taller too. Not super easy to get into the back to reach things. Almost 6ft of floor space in the back of this SUV with the 3rd row down. This step has need great. Used it a handful of times. Like that it has 3 positions to adjust how it fits. I have mine in the last position so it's snug to the truck. Still able to just fit it into the garage with just a couple inches to spare.
Definitely a great buy. Will make my keep look good and protect it from minor bumps and can now reach the top of my truck

Really like this item. Provides a needed step to reach the roof of my SUV and also provides a “bumper” for those times when the wife backs up too far or somebody bangs into my car. Price was competitive and the service of Etrailer.com is always excellent.
I received the product in a timely manner. Great communication from the folks @etrailer. When I received this item was packed well and I installed immediately. I love this and it looks great! I have a 2013 Dodge Durango R/T and every vehicle I have ever owned has been a magnet for people to hit. I hope I never find out but I'm ready now.
I like it. etrailer's shipping, communication and customer service were first rate. Read other reviews where people complained/speculated that the end caps would fall off soon. They actually have a tab that slots in a channel to keep them on but I added some gorilla glue for good measure.
not much to say it is a step exactly as described by etrailer always a pleasure to do business with etrailer i will be using it to reach my rola roof basket that i also purchased from etrailer thanks again will be buying more items keep up the good work
Hitch is as described, looks great and fits with no wobble and is level, just the way it should be. Since I have an upgraded exhaust system, I needed a hitch that would allow for the needed room on one side of the vehicle but still be functional. The Bully hitch fit my criteria and I am very satisfied with my purchase of the Bully hitch.
