Never had problems etrailier bearings and seals , had purchased several sets through the years no problems until last set after installation and several trips hubs were getting hot so decided to pull the wheels to see what was going on. The seal rubber came loose from the metal seal ring over 50% on 1 wheel and allowed water intrusion did not see anything I could detect on the other wheel but had water inside hub wasn’t going to take a chance replacing both. No trouble since. Did not call because I felt they would tell me haven’t had any other problems like must have damaged seals on installation
Very happy with the BK2-100 bearing kits I ordered to do all 4 wheels of my recently purchased travel trailer that had one bad bearing.I figured I’d do them all for my piece of mind moving forward. Only suggestion would be to wrap the seals separately in the box instead of leaving them to move around with bearings and races.Probably wrap races separately too. Why take the risk of them getting damaged by putting them all together in one box without protecting them? Thanks,
Bearing and seal kit are a great quality purchase, they fit perfectly and have been running trouble free for a year now. Will definitely use this kit again when it is time to replace the bearings in my utility trailer or boat trailer.
I recommend using the Buddy Bearing grease hub with this Bearing & Seal pack.
Very pleased with these items! Bearings, races, and seals as a kit is the way to go, no second-guessing part numbers. etrailer.com is now on my 'favorites' list.
Worked just fine. The hubs I ordered already had races installed, so I didn't use the ones in the kit. Didn't rate 5 stars because I don't know what qualifies as 5 star bearings.
I entered my vehicle (it pulled up my camper including the length, 2017 crossroads cruiser aire 25RL) and I ordered 2 bearing kit for my boat and 4 for my travel trailer. The boat was good because I had the bearing numbers for it but the trailer was wrong because I trusted the one from the etrailer site. When I called to exchange them, the guy said they don’t have that on their site and I would have to pay for extra shipping to return the wrong ones and more shipping to send me the right ones. So what should have been around $15 shipping I’m now paying $48. I doubt I’ll be doing business with them again. Still waiting on the correct ones to get here.

When it comes to bearings you do want to make sure you are matching the bearing numbers both the inner and the outer bearing. I will have our Customer Service team review and contact you.
I called and talked to a few people because I was not sure what I needed, and they were very helpful. Answered all my questions and steered me in the correct direction. I have ordered several times from etrailer and will continue ordering from them. etrailer makes it easy for the people that aren't sure what they need. I will be ordering again soon. I our hased as a spare for the road. I've had them go bad on a boat before, so just in case. Fast shipping and rep sent me a page of what I needed to order for my particular RV. Always have enjoyed our hasing the ETrailer, wether a part for my RV, trailer hit h or whatever.
The seal was a little thin. Replacing bearing set on old trailer. Hopefully with proper grease these will last our lifetime.

always purchase bearings and seals here for my saltwater double axle trailer. the fit and ride well . good product
I purchased a used Airstream Travel Trailer and had no idea how many miles it had been towed but the tires were well worn. I decided to replace the wheel bearings and tires. The wheel bearing kits contained everything I needed except the grease and all the parts fit well. The hardest part of the job was jacking the trailer up.
Purchased travel trailer wheel bearings and seals
For 10k overhaul. Easier and cheaper to repack and replace vs. cleaning and repacking. Seals will be destroyed anyway while repacking
I have a mid 90's tandem axle, Venture boat trailer. The bearing kit worked great!

Worked. Unfortunately I also bought other bearings, and only received a partial credit when I returned them.
eTrailer customer service found the correct bearings kit for my hub. Kit arrived in secured packaging rather quickly.
A good way to buy this kind of product. We drove all over a large city lately to find all the components for our boat trailer wheels. In buying from e-trailer we received all the components we needed for our trailer wheels without expending the time and money searching for the right parts. Ant the shipping was fast. I shall return for future needs.
Kit only comes with one size rear seal. They did not fit my trailer shaft. tried to get etrailer to ship the proper seals, but was told they could not exchange just the seals. I would have to spend another $25 plus shipping to get the proper seals, It would also be way more expensive to return the kit and buy individual part. i'll keep the kits and go elsewhere for the seals
My order arrived quickly and in excellent condition. I used the etrailer vehicle selector to ID the parts. They matched the code on the original bearings.
Perfect fit for my 3500lb axels on my 18ft flatbed trailer.
Product was perfect,... packaging could of been better... received a box which had been opened on the bottom of the box but luckily nothing fell out. They could use better taping methods,..hint,.hint....

I searched endlessly for a replacement hub and bearings that accepted a bolt on rotor. Finally found it here and ordering the “guts” for the hub was incredibly simple since this kit contains everything needed. So excited to get the trailer ready and get the boat hooked up and headed towards the water!
