The product was well-described and is of very high quality. The customer service was exceptional in terms of email communication acknowledging receipt of my order and updates regarding shipping. Initially, the product wasn't in stock and was expected in house approximately a month after ordering, which was OK with me as I didn't need it asap. However, I received an email offering another similar product that was in-stock but I opted to wait for the original B&W brand item. Turns out, the B&W item was back in stock within days and shipped asap thereafter. I'm very pleased with my initial etrailer experience and will certainly purchase from them again in the future!

Haven't used product yet, but it's appearance looks as if it is far suppiour to the other puck ball I have. I'm always amazed at how fast I revecieve anything ordered from etrailer, I'm a return purchecer and will continue to use them.
Not the cheapest setup out there but definitely high quality. I'm a big fan of the turnover ball but didn't have that option for the OEM setup. Very happy with the B&W ball! And I will continue to do business with etrailer.com! It was easy and they were prompt with delivery! Great outfit!

I have been lucky enough to tour their manufacturing facility and as a mechanical engineer that has worked in a machine shop, I can say that they go above and beyond on all of their products. They may be a little pricey but if you are actually using the equipment there is no better option.

Mega quality, I have a great respect for American made products and this kit is an awesome example of what buying American made accessories gets you. The design and materials used to build these hitch parts are above all others I've seen. I was very concerned about quality when I started looking at the various brands and the way they were built. This kit has the best design I've seen for the effective securing of a way heavy gooseneck trailer. The last thing I want to do is worry about the safety of my 30k trailer having a solid connection with my tow vehicle. It made sense to me the way the ball release didn't use a part of the ball itself to leverage the release mechanism. Leaving the others with a hollow shaft directly down the middle of the ball. Which I think would compromise the strength of the ball itself comparably. Not to mention having to deal with a Grease packed release tab after using and going to store the ball.
B&W is the solid option for ease of use and the strength of a solid ball.
Safety is worth the cost for me...
I was going to get the cheaper, Chy Neese made gooseneck ball kit for my 2021 Ram 2500 6.7 diesel, but two things sent me to the B&W- it's made in America and the ball sits a little higher than it's counterpart. I paid more, but I'm more than pleased with the quality I received! I haven't towed with it yet, but I don't anticipate any problems. Shipping was incredibly fast and it was packaged nicely. The fit and finish are superb. If I had one complaint, it would be with the B&W rubber cap that fits in the receiver socket when tye ball is removed... it fits perfectly and looks nice,, but leaves a lot of space around the hole in the bed that the factory plastic puck fills. This is just an esthetic observation on my part! The blow-mold case is very nice- compact and sturdy. My experience was above average with etrailer and they earned a customer for life. I will recommend B&W products and etrailer to my friends and family!!!
Good quality and has nice storage box
It was delivered a day early and everything was a good fit, easy instructions to read.
A little loose in it's carrying case, but adding a bit of foam should quiet it right down. Nice heavy piece of gear!
More ergonomic than other options and well built.
Very well built. Works great on my 2020 Ram 3500 short bed SRW. I use it with a Gen-Y executive hitch on my 2021 Vengeance Rogue Amored 371. The safety chains fit great on the safety chain pucks. I dont have air bags and I feel like my ride height is perfect. I have about 8 to 9 inches of clearance between the top of my bed and bottom of my camper. I also have a tonneau tri fold bed cover and it doesn't get in the way while driving and turning. I've only been on one trip so far but I'm very happy with this setup and ride comfort and lack of noise. I would definitely recommend this product and I would buy it again if ever needed.
wow can't believe It got here on time! took me a millisecond to find the directions (lol - on the underside of the box!). product seems very heavy duty and worth the extra $$ over the curt product. very easy peasy thanks!
B&W hitch is far superior to the others. etrailer is the only place I buy trailer or truck equipment, I called them when I found out that the items wouldn’t be shipped for approximately 10 days and told them I would be out of business if I couldn’t get them right away. I was notified that afternoon they were shipped. Thank you etrailer and their costumer service department
Merchandise exactly as described. High quality, very sturdy. Easy to install. Fits perfectly. Can't wait to hook up my new Ram 3500 HO Cummins diesel and hearing it growl as a tow a load.
Of the puck options for Ram's to me this one looked best. Straight forward to use and chain hooks fit unlike some other versions. Only reason not 5 stars is I dislike all the internal parts that hopefully won't rust up.
