The B&W Tow & Stow adjustable ball mount lets you tow a variety of trailers with different tongue heights. Having a 1-7/8" ball, a 2" ball and a 2-5/16" ball allows for even more versatility, making this the ultimate go-to ball mount if you own multiple trailers.
To switch the hitch ball, simply remove the pin holding the balls in place and rotate the entire block that the balls are mounted on until the ball you want to use is on top. Then replace the pin to secure the block in place.
Adjusting the height of the ball is just as easy. Remove the pins holding the ball mount platform in place and slide the platform up or down along the shank to the desired position. Once you have found the correct height, reinsert the pins and replace the clips.
When you're not towing, you can flip the ball mount platform around and stow it beneath your hitch so that you won't bang your shins. Just remove the pins to slide the ball platform down along the channel and up the back side so that the hitch balls face towards your vehicle. Then replace the pins.
The Tow & Stow ball mount features a channel that runs along both sides of the shank. This channel not only allows you to slide the ball mount platform up and down to adjust the ball height, but it also prevents removal of the platform when the ball mount is installed, which will help prevent theft of your trailer.
A slot is cut into the adjustment channel near the top of the shank. To remove the ball mount platform from the shank you will need to remove the entire ball mount from your hitch. Then remove the pins that hold the platform in place. Flip the platform around to the stowed position on the rear of the shank, and then slide it up until the center pin lines up with the slot in the shank. Pull the platform out towards the rear of the shank until the pin pops out of the adjustment channel.
When the Tow & Stow is secured in your hitch receiver, you will not be able to remove the ball mount platform. This is because the slot in the shank is positioned in such a way that the collar on your hitch will block the pin on the platform from being able to leave the channel. Even if the pins holding the ball mount platform in place are removed, the platform will still be confined to this channel. So, as long as a hitch lock is used to secure the entire ball mount in your hitch receiver, and a coupler lock is used to prevent your trailer's coupler from being disengaged from the ball, your trailer will be secure.

I researched hitches extensively before purchasing the B&W Tow & Stow 3-Ball Mount; so, I knew I'd be well pleased with the B&W T&S. The hitch is very well made, very sturdy and highly functional. One does need to be a little cautious when first using the hitch, or one can get one's finger(s) pinched. After a time or two using the hitch, familiarity eliminates this problem.
I also purchased a locking pin for my receiver. The original locking pin was subsequently recalled and replaced. I liked the ninety-degree lock better than the straight lock. I didn't see how the ninety-degree lock could come off, but I complied with the recall and returned it.
I'm quite pleased with the B&W T&S hitch.
I've bought this hitch before as a 2" but upgraded to a 2 1/2" hitch. etrailer had a used like new hitch and it had not one scratch on it. I bought it on the 9th and it arrived with free shipping on the 11th. Super fast shipping.

Great product. Extremely well built and looks great. Very easy to put into stow mode and move it back to the positions you want to tow from. The rated capacity of it is great it’ll do everything your truck will do in a bumper pull mode. It is a must for a 19 F-250 with the ride height to get your load level and to make the connection a easier process.

I like the rise and drop feature as I pull a few different trailers. I was also impressed with quality and workmanship of the hitch, plus the ability to stow the ball out of the way, gives the truck a clean look.

Been using the B&W tow and stow for a year now. I'm very happy with the flexibility to use only one hitch for multiple trailers. Ability to perfectly level dual axels and also not have to worry about proper hitch for pulling friends trailers. One size does almost fit everything. Price point is a little steep, but I suppose you get what you pay for. Overall very happy with this product.

I've got 7 trailers of varying ball size and height. This is fantastic to quickly switch as needed. No worries about losing a hitch or having it slide around the back of the truck. It's also great being able to reverse the balls so they dont take out shins, but the hitch is still in place and ready to use.

Great hitch. Tow and stow is a wonderful product. I have had it a year now and tow a lot of heavy stuff. No problems. I recommend the 4.5 or 5.0 drop for 3/4 ton stock trucks for best ground clearance. A little wd 40 on the pins every now and then and you good.
I bought this hitch a year ago and couldn't be happier with the purchase. Since this purchase i purchased another one for my other truck.
At my suggestion, my wife got this for me as a Christmas present. I love it! Very heavy duty, and now I don't have to constantly switch ball mount. Very easy to change configurations and tongue heights. And when reversed, I no longer need to worry about wracking my shin on the mount.
I love the way this hitch spends around to use 3 different types of balls, from 1 7/8 to 2'' and 2 5/16. no tools just pull the 1 pen out and turn to your size ball, put the pen back in and your done. when your done towing you can pull pens and turn the whole hitch around so its under your truck out of the weather.

5 trailers, 3 hitch sizes - this beast does the job!
This is a very nice and classy look for a receiver hitch for a truck, and man is it built very well, i have several trailers and they all have different tounge sizes, so with having 3 different balls on the hitch no need to go and hunt the right size. I wish B&W would make some kind of locking pins so the SS pins could not be removed but very nice quality.
