etrailer delivered on time as promised and I had no problems with the order. The product was as described and works perfectly with my Husky Centerpoint hitch. The large adjustment range lets me level my trailer when towing with my 3/4 ton Silverado. I have now towed my trailer about 15,000 miles with it and had no problems.
Armas - 10/25/2020After getting a new truck that sets a little higher I thought I would have to buy a complete new weight distribution hitch. I was able to find just the shank part at etrailer.
It is exactly what they described it to be. Very happy with etrailer,I recommend them very highly, I put down the wrong address so i emailed them and they got it corrected with no delay on the delivery,and called to inform me they took care of it. I recently bought a new truck (Ram 2500 3/4 ton). My old truck was a Ram 1500 1/2 ton. My Husky hitch was fine on the 1500 truck, but not on the 2500, it sits a LOT higher off the ground. I needed a drop hitch that fit my Husky, and you guys HAVE IT. It worked out great, first trip out today with it, everything level and no sag on truck or camper. As stated in your catalog, this Curt brand DOES fit my Husky brand, NO PROBLEM. Thank you, what a life saver on not having to buy a whole new hitch.

The Curt shank was exactly what I was looking for. It bolted up nicely to the Reese trunion weight dist head I've had for over 20 years. My new trailer sits perfectly level.
This is a good drop shank if you have a truck that is leveled with oversized tires.
I needed a weight distribution system and quickly realized that Curt was the best around. You get what you pay for so why not get the best!? Very simple to install and with the correct routine maintenance this will last forever, Shipping was fast and box was In good shape when it arrived.

Very good quality, heavy duty construction and nice finish. Recently changed tow vehicle and needed to add more drop. This shank did the job.
I needed the additional drop due to a higher sitting truck and a low travel trailer hitch. I may need to cut 2 inches off the bottom to increase the ground clearance.

Customer service was great on this product. I needed to know the exact dimensions of the product and found all the data that I needed. Response to my email was fast and accurate. Deliver of the product was quick. I had been to other vendors and they never got back to me. I was great working with etrailer.
I chose this one because it didn't stick out as far as the others but still had sufficient drop for my 5" lift on the Avalanche with a trunion style WD hitch (higher than bar). It's mounted on the 2nd and 3rd lower holes and I chopped off the bottom one to prevent dragging. Works great!
I recently purchased a 2015 Tahoe and since the trailer hitch is positioned above the bumper as opposed to my 2000 Tahoe which has the hitch located below the bumper, I had to find and purchase a new receiver. I found this product at etrailer and it fits perfectly. It is compatible with the Drawtite weight distribution ball.

Needed a new shank as I bought the Class 5 hitch for my dodge,, I bought the class 5 that fit under the stock hitch and wish I had not, but after thought etc,, should have just removed the class 3 and bought a different 5,., all in all worked out but a new shank because my hitch was now lower than what it was, I probably didnt need a new one because after all the measuring etc,, ( Have to go to a parking lot as I live in dirt) to make it level, worked out fine.

Adam s - 02/22/2021Its heavy duty and fit however the metal wasn't cleaned good before manufactured. Ot had large chunks of paint coming off that was powder coated over. I didn't buy it because of its looks but one would think it would be cleaned before welding and powder coated. Not etrailers fault because it was built in China according to the box.
