First point is Toyota's fault, not Curt or etrailer but the hitch rides very low and often scrapes the ground, especially with bike rack mounted or someone sitting in the third row.
After a few months, lots of rusting showing all over the hitch, I don't know if this is normal or not.
Primarily used for mounting a bike rack.

The most important part of this purchase was the people at etrailer. Clearly
their first and most important priority. I never once had to talk to a “BOT”.
It was very easy to install, took me I think no mere than 30 min (with the right toolset)just had to remove the plastic cover and nothing else installed and put the plastic cover back. i had to do a minor cut on the plastic cover for it to fit back. I use it often for a bicycle carrier (4 bicycles)rack which fits perfectly no parts are moving, no noises, everything helps well and secure. I have had it installed for a year now and I keep my car parked outside, I see no signs of rust anywhere. I am happy with the quality of this product
Fits like a glove. Easy installation. I’m not going to gripe about what side the panel is that you have to remove. That becomes obvious once you get under the van. The instructions say to remove a 3 x 7 piece of the panel. I removed a 2 1/4 x 6 for a snugger fit. I suggest you measure before you cut. The panel is easy to remove and I was able to cut it with some tin snips. It’s just thick plastic so it’s not hard to cut. It sits about 9 inches off the ground so be aware of the ground clearance after installation.
The Hitch am in. No Scratches or dents.
Took me about 45 minutes to install.

First off, excellent product and excellent customer service.
I bought a hitch receiver for my last Sienna for a bike rack and was happy with it so shopped here again. I have a 2021 Toyota Sienna Platinum trim, and this year is the first of this generation meaning the old hitch also needed a reboot. This one is easier to install than the last one I got that was almost completely hidden except for the actual receiver. With the new Sienna design the geometry makes this impossible so you see the structural bars connecting it to the van. You just need to take the driver's side panel off and trim it a bit before putting it back on over the hitch.
The bottom of the hitch sits 9-10 inches from the ground which is low but hey, it's a minivan and looking at the underside I don't think it could sit much higher anyway. I got a Meyer 4" drop/rise hitch extension to raise that by 4" which is works great. I did have to use a hacksaw and grindstone drill attachment to trim a corner off so it fit, then spray painted it, but I preferred that to getting one that stuck out even further since any extension is going to add to how far it sticks out the back. I got the this 5-bike Allen rack to go with it, it seemed to be one that again kept the bikes (and therefore the center of gravity) closer to the van compared to others. You also have to buy a 5/8" pin to secure the adapter. I made sure the pin and rack both had locking mechanisms on them to prevent theft.
Overall very happy with the hitch. It's sturdy and simple to install. Its 2" size makes it strong enough to do anything you want to do with it. Do NOT get the Toyota factory hitch- everyone at the dealership though it was a 2" hitch but it is indeed a 1-1/4" and an eyesore. This one looks nice and I would do the whole process over again. Trimming the adapter was the hard part, but it seemed to be the best option for keeping everything from sticking out too far.
eventhough the package arrived few days ago didnt get a chance to open it because it arrived on the weekdays. will open or today hope nothing went missing because there is a huge tear on the box

Excellent, sturdy hitch!! Fair price and really fast shipping! Hitch was easy to install on Sienna, despite low ground clearance. Instructions worked well. There's a plastic cover you need to remove, cut, and reinstall on one side. That's the most difficult part, really. Otherwise, hitch went on without much trouble (without a hitch?).
I'll purchase here again, when necessary. My parents previously purchased their hitch here as well

Hitch was everything expected from 2” receiver. Installation was quick and easy. Toyota only offers 1-1/4” receiver.

However, the undercarriage motion sensor no longer operates my rear hatch
I have a 2021 Siena hybrid. I was able to install this despite being an absolute dimwit with cars. There are errors in the installation guide (as noted elsewhere on this page) - the piece of trim to be removed is on the other side.
*** If you get the wiring harness, ignore the installation instructions included with that. All you have to do is open up the spare tire / donut compartment, remove the spare, plug it in. Poke a hole in the rubber grommet that comes with the car and put the wires through. It's really, really easy!! No drilling or messing around with trim***

Quick delivery, as one comes to expect from etrailer.com. The Curt hitch receiver is an excellent product and is easy to install on the Toyota Sienna, as moving/lowering the exhaust pipe is not required. I installed the receiver myself in about 45 minutes, but two people could do it in half that time. To install it w/o help you have to use some type of support to set the receiver on while you lift one side at a time to insert one bolt (I inserted the middle bolt on each to hold the receiver in place, and then the other 4 bolts). For supports I used two paint cans with a 1/2” piece of wood on top of each. Installation does not require the car to be on a lift. There is plenty of room under the Sienna to access the area where the receiver goes.
I didn't like cutting the undercarriage per loose instructions. Left a bit of a gap unnecessarily. However, it is super solidly installed.
Easy one person install, bolt holes lined up perfectly. Saved a ton of money over dealer install price. This is the third hitch from etrailer I have installed on my vehicles. Fast shipping, no damage, not even a scratch.
This is the fourth receiver I have purchased from etrailer in the last ten years. There quality receivers that are easy to install. I have never considered purchasing anything but a Curt receiver because of the fit, finish, and ease of installation.
Easy install and quality product, but it hangs too low for the 2021 sienna. It often scrapes going down a driveway or divot in the road. Have yo be very careful with going down anything with a slight angle.
I have not installed it yet, and there was a hole in the box, which scratched the hitch, but it looks good at first glance.
Heather A - 10/13/2021It took the mechanic about 20 minutes to install the hitch. I was concerned the hitch wouldn't leave enough clearance at the back of the Toyota Sienna Hybrid van when I turn up our steep drive way, but it's no problem. I'm very pleased with the hitch.
The Hitch was easy to fit, even for a s eptagenarian.
