I have ordered twice from this company. Since I just bought a new car, I needed a new hitch for the bike rack I had ordered previously. Customer service remembered me and answered the questions I had.
I haven't installed it yet, but the videos are helpful. I am sure it will fit just like the other one. I will deal with this company for all my needs in this area.
Man, super fast delivery...two days. This hitch was pretty easy to install. Recommend you get the bolts on the passenger side going before you do driver side. Much easier to manipulate hitch once passenger side is in. Etrailers has been top notch with notification and delivery.

I bought this hitch to mount on my 2021 RAV 4 Hybrid so I could pull my utility trailer and to hold my receiver style bicycle rack. So far, I have only used it to transport bikes and it works great. The hitch was relatively easy for one person (me) to install in about two hours and it looks good, i.e. not very noticeable.
Installation went about as expected. No unexpected difficulties. The one side is hard to get to and took a little more time as anticipated. My friend had crow's feet, and these really helped in that area. Definitely a two-person job. When you remove the adhesive that covers the holes on your vehicle go ahead and clean the holes with compressed air or a brush. That will speed up the process a bit. Can't wait to use this.
The installation was a snap if you have access to a hoist. I did & I dropped the rear three exhaust hangers & put a jack the exhaust pipe. Then I lowered the muffler about 8 inches & slipped the hitch in place. I was done with the assembly & out the door in less than 20 mins.
Hitch receiver 1-1/4" is installed and ready for use. Ran into couple of issues during install on our Toyota 2020 RAV4;
1. we had to unmount the exhaust suspension to make some room
2. bolt clearance on drivers side was very tight
The hitch was easy to install except on the passenger side. Very tight on that side. The hitch was delivered very quickly and arrived in good shape. I will recommend Etrailer to everyone.
Well built, fits great! Super easy. Get yourself a 19mm or 3/4 ratcheting wrench for the install.

William - 11/12/2021It seamed of very good quality. I have no mechanical skills, I am a female, 74 years old and 125 pounds. I installed it by myself. Of course, it took longer than normal. I held it up by stacking encyclopedias under it one at a time on each side until it was the right height. Then I put the bolts in. It was tight working space, especially on the passenger side. Even with buying a torque wrench, I saved $xxx over the price I was quoted for unit & labor from a mechanic shop. There was not room to use the torque wrench with the socket on the passenger side and I did not have to lower the muffler.
I have never had such a hard time installing any product in my live. The rav4 HYbird has no FINGER SPACE to get the bolts in on the battery side. I had to use the bolts that I removed from the plate I removed cause I could not get the bolt started. The alinement was great. The product design should have been to where the bolts go under the frame not the sides for Hybirds.

Pretty simple installation, if you have the right tools. I ran into every 'heads up' scenario highlighted in the video and other reviews. The passenger tie down was in the way, definitely check before lifting up the hitch. The passenger side is really tight, so do yourself a favor and get a ratcheting 19mm wrench. I did not have to lower my exhaust, but if I tried to install this by myself, I definitely would have. Total install time was about 45 minutes. 30 was on the passenger side, since I don't have the ratchet wrench.
This hitch went onto a RAV4 Prime XSE with premium package without issues. The key to installation is to angle the front (relative to the car) of the hitch up at around 45 degrees while fitting it between the exhaust. As others have said it's moderately tough to bolt the left side due to the proximity of the car body. That said, the hitch is on and did its job with a 4-bike carrier this weekend. I don't know if the kick sensor still functions; I disabled it to avoid any accidental triggering by the hitch or accessories.
We received the trailer hitch earlier than the original arrival date and it fix the car well.

Good product. Exactly what I wanted. Easy install by myself.
Installed on a 2021 Rav4 without any issues. It took less than an hour to install. I recommend getting the hanger removal tool for the exhaust system, without it the job would have taken longer since I no longer have the hand strength I used to have. I used a hydraulic floor jack to help hold and guide the hitch into position. I installed the bolts on the left side which screwed in easily. Knowing the left side was held in place loosely, the right side went in a bit easier. Follow the directions and installing it is no big deal. My third Curt hitch and I haven't had any issues with this brand.
