Fit into the truck system very well and assembled easily. Problem came when setting the 5th wheel onto the rails. The holes are too low for the pins to properly align. I was just fortunate enough to have the time and tools to elongate the holes to provide the adequate clearance.

This is very well built and seems to be very strong. It fit into the pucks on my 2022 Chev perfectly. The only issue I have is that it raises the hitch about 3" compared to the rails I had in my previous Chev. I have lowered the Curt hitch as low as it will go and the front of my 5th wheel is a little high when hitched to the truck.
Ordered this and got it in pretty fast. Was surprised how heavy it is. Verry well made. Does require assembly of the 8 bolts, but that was easy. Placed it in the truck and made adjustments easily for the right fit. My existing hitch fit right in. I did have to drill out on of the holes a little bit for the pin to go through easier, but I had to do that with my universal rails in my old truck also on one hole.
Great product works well with 2022 Chevy 3500 short bed and curt slider hitch. I was not aware that GM changed the pattern on the puck system from a 2019 to a 2022 and went to install my hitch in the bed of the new pickup. Would not fit! Called etrailer and needed the new adapter for a trip in three days. Andrew in customer service got on it and had my new adapter in my hands in 2 days. Needless to say, the trip was wonderful and the customer service team at etrailer is fantastic.
You guys had just the 5th wheel rails I needed for my Ford puck system. Speed of processing and delivery was amazing. In spite of the weight, packaged extremely well. etrailer is my online go to shop! Thanks.
Was very easy to install. ( about 30 minutes) Seems very well built and very solid mounting to the truck.
I just need to repaint my gooseneck plate so it matches!
The Curt adapter rail is strongly constructed and reasonably easy to assembly. Unfortunately, one of the handles that lock the rail in place was bent slightly which required me to reshape it in my shop. Once straightened, the rail locked without difficulty. You need a 3/4" deep well socket to properly torque the 8 long bolts...they're almost an inch longer than needed.
The adapter adds 3 inches to the height of the 5th wheel hitch, unlike non-puck models that lay flat on the truck bed. This added height may require the adjustment of your existing 5th wheel hitch and RV kingpin.

All I can say is WOW!!. Great heavy duty product. Thanks for your effort in being able to expedite this order. We had bought a new fifth wheel and had an appointment on the 9th to get the refrigerator repaired since we hadn't been able to use it since we picked it up. We suddenly sold our old truck last minute and the new truck needed this adapter before we could tow with it. This is the best news and we can't thank you enough for you help.
Great product! 20 minutes and it was installed with my curt hitch in it. Highly recommend if you don’t want to change hitches.
This is a good product. Fits a 2022 Silverado 2500HD High Country. The assembly instructions need a few more words because I inadvertantly installed two handles backwards and two pucks upside down. The upside is that is a super easy fix once you see it.
Now that I am done being a moron, the adaptor is bomber and easy to place and remove. $xxx beats the $xxxx for a whole new set-up when transferring the R16 from an older vehicle.
Finally, the email customer service was gold. I called Curt and the rep guided me to the wrong product and the etrailer rep got me on the right path with confidence. etrailer for the win.
There is some assembly required for this unit upon delivery. Instructions were OK and it was fairly easy. Unit appears to work as it should so far. Some of the holes did not line up exactly as they should and I did have to do some work to make that happen.
Fits perfectly, I recommend pulling the four cotter keys and adjust the locking lugs prior to attempting to close the jaws. They were a bit too tight.

Very simple installation, very sturdy product and all still remains under tonneau cover when not hooked up.
This part came in a timely manner and was as described. But there was a part missing, called customer service and they shipped one out and received it in a timely manner.
I feel the product is high quality but I also had an issue where the Curt puck adaptor rail holes didn't align with my Husky 16K fifth wheel hitch. Re-sized rail holes to accommodate the hitch. etrailer provided super service as always

Obviously the package was dropped in shipping causing a tab on one rail to be bent but I was able to easily straighten it with a rubber mallet. The package was wide open but no parts missing. I pick up my new truck tomorrow so then I will see how it fits. I think it will be great. It assembled easily.
