This coupler features a simple-to-use latching mechanism known as the eZ-Latch. With this mechanism, hooking up is as easy as dropping the coupler over your trailer hitch ball. The latch does not need to be tugged or manually activated to allow the ball into the coupler socket, nor does it have to be secured in place. Just make sure that the coupler is properly lined up with the ball when you lower it, and the rest is automatic. Disengaging the coupler is just as effortless. Simply lift up the contoured handle and the coupler socket will automatically release its grip on the ball.

It has been a perfect upgrade and replacement for my 27ft enclosed snowmobile trailer! The EZ-latch function is a great feature! Highly recommend this hitch!
Purchased to replace the “surge setup” on my 24 ft boat trailer= replace the neck, go with electric brakes....much better setup, and NO u will not have issues (being electric) when backing into the water. Much cheaper than fixing the worn out surge brake system. Great product / A+ customer service / much cheaper than any competitors price!
Great option when ditching a surge brake model for electric over hydraulic. Wish it had a metal latch, but maybe it will last forever. Lost a star for that.
This replacement fit right on and bolted in place within 5 minutes. Probably would have been faster had I used power tools. I like the new ball latch much better. I have provided 2 photos for your viewing pleasure. First one without the product on and the second with the replacement attached and the old one setting on top. I want to say that George J provided excellent communications from the moment my order was processed all the way to delivery. etrailer by far has the best price & service. I would do business with them again in a heartbeat!!

I've been very happy with dealing with etrailer both in ordering and quickness of receiving my order. I have not installed this product as yet but have fitted and all looks good and I'm hoping it works as designed. This type of hitch will take away some pain and strain by not having to manually lock onto ball.
Folks if you've never had the ease of this hitch you are missing it. It's by far the easiest hitch I've EVER used. Back up n line up under it, then simply let trailer down on the ball. The black latch raises up then back down and it's latched, put safety pin in and done. Best of all the way it's made, it's nearly impossible to come off by accident. Great service too.

Don't understand why this order was shipped out USPS. Took two extra days to get here when UPS would've been 1 day. Also assumed that the couple was zinc but is painted.
