Matte black, powder coated steel is durable and corrosion resistant and creates a rugged look.The hitch for my 2007 Chevy Silverado arrived in perfect condition. The instructions were very clear, informative and easy to understand. However, I happen to have a triple by-pass, four stents, an aorta pig valve, a pacemaker, and have been cautioned against over-exertion, so I opted to let my mechanic handle the actual installation. The end result looks Great! I plan to mount a wheelchair lift on it. The wheelchair and carrier together weigh in at 430 lbs. The hitch is rated to handle a maximum tongue weight 500 lbs., so I think I'll be safe if I don't hit the speed bumps too hard.
Very easy install hardest part was removing the spare tire did it by myself and I'm 70 years old. No issues with this receiver.
Brian - 12/31/2022Got both items in 3 days and they went on without a "hitch". The trailer connector socket is very easy to install also! They both look awesone!!
The hitch appears high-quality and heavy duty. All of the bolts fit well, you do need to clean the threads. It’s a 20 to 30 minute job for anybody with an impact wrench. I would suggest having someone help you hold it in place for the first couple bolts. Shipping is very fast.
Hitch was delivered on time, bolted right up, however the paperwork that got sent was for a subaru and my truck is a silverado,had it done within 20 mins by myself and didnt even have to drop the spare tire. overall happy

Simple installation if you have the tools and 30 minutes not counting removal of your old rusty one. A ratchet and sockets works fine. Power tools can speed it up.

this hitch did not fit per the instructions. I am going to have to modify it to use all the bolt holes and give it the strength for tongue weight.
Katrina B - 12/01/2022The hitch receiver that I ordered was in stock and arrived at my house quicker than I expected. Removing the old hitch and installing the new one took about half an hour. The included hardware worked perfectly.
Hitch delivered right on time. Installed in less than a half hour and we went right back to pulling trailers. Excellent company to deal with.
Receiver/hitch was as advertised only reason for 4 star is bolts were too short that came with so I had to purchase more. The garage that installed said the 4 bolts supplied to bolt to frame were too short. They had to use my OEM bolts from old hitch (see pics). No worries. I'm happy with product. GO BILLS!!!!!

REALLY solid build, excellent fit and finish, and very sturdy towing. Only issue I had was with the supplied bolts which replaced the ones removed from the frame rails when mounting. The supplied bolts were particularly difficult to tighten down, to the point U thought I was cross-threading them. I ended up reusing the stock bolts for the time being and will go to the hardware store to pick up replacements. Aside from that small issue, the hitch is excellent.
Fit was perfect. I didn’t need to drop the spare tire as shown in video. My truck also required 1/2” bolts on the bumper instead of the M14 bolts supplied…. But I had some from another trailer project so it was no big deal.
You can never go wrong with their price and delivery…. Always cheap…always fast!
