This wheel holder replaces a lost or damaged wheel holder for your Swagman G10 platform-style, hitch-mounted bike rack.These are great wheel cradles, all metal construction, not plastic like some others I had considered. Not having a Swagman rack, and needing them for 2 recumbent trikes, I mounted them on my Adarac crossbars. Needing them just above the tonneau cover I used the Adarac end corners for the vertical bracket. The 1-1/4" aluminum thick wall tubes mounted 90°to the crossbars needed upper and lower mounting bolts for stability. I am very happy with the product.
Buying new parts and piecing together an old bike rack, I think I have finally created a bike rack to hold my ebikes on the back of the fifth wheel.
These fit my Swagman Current Bike Rack but have a little front back wobble to them; I’ll have to test them out to see how they do. One of my original tire holders from Swagman was stolen, so I contacted Swagman for a replacement and found out they were out of stock. Swagman alleged they would have them back in stock by December 2021… then they didn’t… don’t hold your breath on Swagman original replacements. If you need one in the meantime, these will do and at a better price.
This came up as a match for the Bell RightUp 350 but they don’t tighten down on the metal securely (too big)- I’ll figure out a way to rig them though
Jenny N - 06/11/2022We were looking for a bike rack that we could mount to the back of our travel trailer and support the weight of our two e-bikes. The G10 has proven to withstand all the jarring and vibration of road travel, and even though I improperly installed the wheel holders, we traveled several hundred miles before my error finally cost us one of the bikes. My judgement is the G10 is sturdy enough to do the job if it is properly installed. My bad.

Purchased replacement wheel holder for our Swagman G10 Bike rack. We couldn't be happier . Everything came together in one box and assembly was easy as pie ...took our Cannondale bikes out the same day for a 2 ride. Great customer service! We will definitely keep them on our speed dial.

Even the part where the order was initially rejected because of a blip about the credit card information, to me that was an indication that client security and privacy is taken very seriously.
When I did call the place the order again, you acted in a most courteous, helpful and efficient manner to resolve the issue and reactivate the order. And the follow-up email was a considerate gesture as well.
In terms of delivery, suffice it to say that the product arrived 10 days BEFORE the promised date. Cool.
As for the product, well it's just fabulous. The replacement parts actually look better and seem to be built stronger than the original parts. And they fit perfectly. It took me all of 8 minutes to perform the installation.
Anything else? Oh yes, the personalized email asking me to review the experience. That was just the perfect final touch.

This review is both for the part and the customer service that went along with the order. The part is just what we needed for our discontinued.Swagman G2 bike carrier. It is slightly different from the original in that a right and left carrier are specified and the original was universal. It was easy to install, fits perfectly, and is much appreciated. The customer service needs to be lauded also. The customer service rep we dealt with went above and beyond to make sure we got what we needed. Etrailer is definitely a company I would recommend.
This product came as ordered. Company kept me updated as to receipt of order and shipping. Shipping was quick and package arrived in good order. My only con was the price of this item. I thought it should have been less costly as compared to the total cost of the complete bike rack.
