P2-Rated Lights
A P2-rated light produces a 45-degree angle of light to either side of its centerline for a total of 90 degrees of coverage. This beam pattern can be seen straight on, but it cannot be seen clearly from the side. So this type of light can be used as either a side marker light or a clearance light, but it cannot function as both. If you need both functions, then you must install 2 separate lights on your trailer - one as a front or rear clearance light and one as a side marker light.

I am sure the product is of average quality, however when you purchase multiple items from etrailer (some of substantial weight) and they box everything together without any packing materials to keep fragile items safe, the comfort and likeness of purchasing items through this retailer drops. Brought this up with their customer service, and they said it was packed properly.

Well, they are just lights – amber and red. But, I upgraded all my trailer lights to LED’s, and these continue to look and function great.

Replaced burned out incandescent clearance light with LED. Been doing that with all my incandescent lights as they fail. Worked great and fantastic price. Wiring info on the etrailer web site also helpful. This was the closest match to the originals.

These are described as incandescent, but what I received are LED.
Due to the wiring on my older RV, LED will not work without a wiring change, which I am unable to do at this time. Please send me the incandescent marker lights.

This is my second order of these lights. The first order was a test to see if I like the way they look to replace my old cracked and dirty incandescent lights. Nice size light to mount on 2" angle iron that I'm making a light bar to mount on the rear and top of my pickup bed. I'll be using the light bar while towing the pickup behind my motorhome this winter. I am using 2 of the these lights in the center of the light bar. I'll have 2 larger lights with brake and turn signals on each end of the light bar.

Bright little S.O.B. And should do the trick for my grounding problem. I needed room behind the light to screw the ground wire to the skin of the R.V. Since all I have is one hot wire coming out for placement of the lights.
Was told the gap behind the light was 3/8 of an inch but its more like 1/4 inch but should be enough room for a flat head screw with a wire under it.
Will use silicon to seal the screw and wire to keep it from rusting, the problem I had with the old lights using the mounting screw to ground the lights to the skin of the R.V.
Time will tell if all works out?? As planned.

I replaced 3 incandescent lights in the center rear top with the led's. The new ones fit the same holes and worked great. Not sure how bright they are as I have not checked at night. If I replace the others I will order the 10 led's for the side marker lights instead of the 3.
