Handrail for Second Generation 3-Step MORryde Steps

I got the part number from moryde . Put the part number in etrailer search bar. The part I needed came right up. I received the hand rail and it lines up with holes on the steps . Handrail is awesome and provides safety when climbing the stairs.1301621

I am happy with the hand rail but was not happy with the way the box was delivered it was beat up and the bag holding the bolts and washers was open and I am missing two washers1298705

This hand rail bolted up perfectly to the MORyde MR44R door steps. Nice addition and stability for people getting older such as myself.1284794

Handrail was in good shape when received but the shipping box was totally destroyed. It was being held together with shipping tape, luckily the attachment parts were taped to inside of box and were still there.1300528

Fits perfectly, easy install and looks great. Added a piece of pipe insulation to keep the handle from bumping the refrigerator door during travel.1074268

My wife loves the hand rail, makes it much easer and safer to climb the steps. Was easy to install.1308237

The holes were not drilled correctly so they go in at an angle so you can attach it we have to find some place that will drill the holes so even though the item is well being able to apply it does not work without more money extra time and resources1311463

That seems odd that the hole would not line up. I am noticing that this rail works only with second generation MORryde StepAbove and Step Above with strut assist quad step models. Are you able to tell me what model you have? That might be the issue right there.
