Hey, everyone. It's Evangeline here at etrailer. And today, we're taking a look at our replacement straps for your Swagman platform bike racks here at etrailer.com. We have this installed on our Swagman XTC TILT. But you can also check out our product page to see if it'll work with your bike rack. As long as they have straps and as long as they have the tabs there, this will work as a replacement part.
Maybe over time, you get some wear and tear of your strap, or it's been out in the sun a little bit too long, or exposed to the elements and it's tough and hard, that's when you replace your strap. So, you just take it off of its old tab, get your new strap. You can actually pick and choose which tab you want to use. I prefer on the inside so that I pull outwards and that's it. You we're able to replace your strap for your Swagman bike rack.

I received the Swagman straps within 6 days of me ordering them. Customer service was very helpful. Straps are of premium rubber, easy to attach to my Swagman bike rack. They provide superb bike stability.
Exactly wha I was looking for since two existing straps have torn through the holes. Other vendors sent me the incorrect ones but I kept them to see if I could make them work but with little luck they didn’t.

Robert R - 07/20/2019Lost a hook prior to one of the straps breaking after years of consist use. The hook was my fault, left it on the car bumper after removing the bikes. With both purchases etrailer was easy to use in finding the exact replacement parts at a reasonable price, shipping was quick and delivered on time. Was not sure about the bike rack when I purchased it given how affordable the swagman xtc-2 was, but after nearly seven years of steady use the rack is still going strong.
Terrible overpriced bike carrier- used 1 time and asked if I could exchange for different type . I was told no because I had used it. So after a year it's rusted the parts don't stay together. Waste of money. I should have researched more retailers. I have purchased a different type and brand of bike hitch from a great online retailer. Who has a generous return/ exchange policy.
What can I say. It's a strap that replaced a broken strap.

Rick S - 08/27/2020I bought a Swagman bike rack few yrs back. Some of the rubber loops were stolen and I was able to get replacement parts through e trailer where I made my original purchase . This is the 2nd time I needed various replacement parts and they have been quite helpful, preventing me from having to trash a bike rack. Service fast
