Tow your off-road vehicle with your Roadmaster motor-home-mounted tow bar using these adapters. Simply attach the adapters to your tow bar's arms in place of the quick-disconnects. Then remove the D-rings from your Jeep's bumper and hook the tow bar up to the shackle mounts. These adapters fit shackle mounts that are 1" thick. They attach to the mounts using the holes where the D-rings are mounted. The adapter pins include sleeves that allow them to fit in both 7/8" and 1" diameter holes.

2001 GMC Terrain
I was looking for something to join two specific products- 2021 Full size Bronco and the Falcon All Terrain Tow bar I acquired from a friend. So I went on etrailers website and sought that out. After finding something I thought was right, I wanted to be sure by asking their amazing customer service. I got a reply very quickly that the product I was looking at would not work. Kevin, the customer rep, found what I needed(which was actually for a jeep) but fit my application. It was cheaper and easier that what I had picked out too! I received it about a week later and it fits perfectly. I need to wire the Bronco now for lights but I am very excited to take her for a spin. This is not the first nor the last product I will buy from etrailers and I will never hesitate to ask their wonderful customer service! Keep up the great work guys!!

2017 Jeep Wrangler
The adapters seem to have some slop, contacted Etrailer and was told to contact Roadmaster. I have almost 1/4 inch slop, Roadmaster says the gap is not uncommon and to add washers to take up slop. We will see how it works out.

The USPS said it put the package in a locker. We have no lockers in my neighborhood, only mail boxes. I have complained to the USPS. On the day they said they delivered it, no one on my street received any mail. As far as I am concerned, if you are going to use the USPS for delivery, I cannot do business with you. The USPS is a poorly run operation and the victims have no recourse.

O.K. I'll play... Fantastic fit for a casting. I wasn't expecting this to work well, given that I couldn't find one single online explanation nor video of "towing a jeep from bumper eyelets". The weight savings of using the aftermarket bumper D-rings vs. the tow adaptor plate, common with many T.O.A.D. towbar manufacturers is huge. These make the transition to towing the jeep much easier. These brackets are great but it's a guessing game on the bolts to the etrailer tow bar. I had to make it work as the Allen Head bolts that come with it do not fit the etrailer Bar.

These adapters are a great alternative to buying and installing base plates to flat tow using a winch bumper and existing tow bar. They fit perfectly on my Demco Aluminator and Excali-bar tow bars even though the mfrs told me they won't fit. Thanks etrailer.com, I saved a ton o'cash!

- Overall Width Of The Roadmaster D-Ring Adapter # RM-035-1The Roadmaster D-Ring Adapter # RM-035-1 is approximately 2-1/8" wide so it would technically fit between the direct-connect fittings on your baseplates, but they aren't intended for this kind of use so if anything went wrong you would be liable. The safest course of action would be to swap the adapter and direct-connect attachment points on/off as needed between the two vehicles.

The product still works like it did a year ago. I now have the Bronco wired and the cords dont bind or get in the way at all. The ease of the hook up and disconnect is so convenient that it almost feels like cheating. Great Customer Service and recommendations from this company!!
