Installation
This custom-fit T-One connector plugs into your vehicle's wiring harness, which is located in the rear cargo area. You will have to remove the plastic threshold cover, side panels, cargo trays, and interior trim panels to access this harness.
Once you've plugged in the T-connector, run the hot lead up to your car battery. Connect the lead to the included fuse holder, and then connect the fuse holder to the positive terminal on your battery and insert the provided fuse.
Once installation is complete, the 4-way flat connector will be stowed in your rear cargo area.
It is recommended that you use a small amount of grease on all electrical connections - the plugs on your automobile and the 4-pole connector itself - to help prevent corrosion.
A ModuLite power module is built into this T-One connector. With a ModuLite, your trailer's lights will be powered without overloading your vehicle's electrical system. Because the module draws power directly from your car's battery and bypasses the electrical routes that are used by a basic wiring harness, there is virtually no draw on your tail light circuits.

Prepping for a move with a U-Haul trailer. However my flat 4 pin trailer wiring test plug indicates it should be correct.
This product was simple amazing! I was shocked at how easily it installed - actually plugged into a pigtail hidden in the sidewall of my Toyota Sienna! I would rate this device as a 10 if that were possible! Toyota doesn't want you to know about this product because they don't want you pulling anything with a hybrid! Toyota actually started offering it - then quickly discontinued it! So glad this product was available!
Extremely easy to install on 2021 Sienna. Just plugs right into existing socket and then ground to existing bolt under the spare tire.

Hitch receiver fit perfectly on the 2021 Sienna. It was easy to install and does the job nicely.

Very easy to install, took me about half an hour. Only minor complaint is that there were a few small spots on the hitch that were not powder coated, so I’ll touch those up with enamel. I was also able to trim the underside panel a little more conservatively so as to leave the aft bolt attachement in place. Maybe not a big deal but given that it’s plastic and supposed to protect wiring from salt and road grime, I figured leaving as much intact as possible would be a good thing. etrailer shopping and follow up were great
Exact fit for factory trailer harness. No cutting or splicing. Instructions are incorrect; the harness is next to the spare tire, and grounding screws are already in place. No need to remove any panels or drill any holes. Kit could use a 6mm nut for the existing grounding screw. 10 minute installation.
Ordered this with a trailer and both were delivered as promised. I found the information on installation excellent even to small details for my vehicle.
Installation was a breeze. No wire splicing. Plugged into my 2021 and it's been working great!
It worked for a few months, then all the trailer lights stopped working.
Sierra K - 11/18/2021Great product took me about 10 minutes to install. Would be nice if it came with a M6 nut so you could just screw it onto the connector that is already in the car. It would also be nice if it came with a grommet already on the wire and a way to mount it to the hitch. I cut the existing grommet and zip tied the wire to the hitch so I don't have to drag it through the back door everytime I want to use it.
This was so easy to install I thought I was doing it wrong.

Like all the other reviews, installation was a breeze.
The 2021 Sienna has the connector underneath the spare tire, two mounted screws perfect for the grounding wire, and a rubber cover for easy access to underneath the vehicle to route your 4-way.
The trailer hitch receiver was easy to install, but the instructions were also wrong (removing the cover underneath the car was on the driver side, and not the passenger side). 5 stars as long as they get the instructions fixed so people don’t unnecessarily tear apart their car!
It had a few chips on the paint, other than it fit well and the wiring kit plugged right in to the Orem wiring harness
The trailer wiring harness was a perfect fit for my 2021 Toyota Sienna. with the optional spare tire I did not have to remove any trim clips.
Easiest wiring harness ever! No cutting, splicing or removing tail light on a 2021 Sienna!
Works well, but a little tricky to install. Would have appreciated better instructions (with more details on how to remove panels) to make the install easier on my 2021 Sienna.
