Hitch and Bike Rack Recommendation for a 2006 Honda Accord

Question:

I want to put a bike rack on my car that has a 2inch hitch on it. I have a 2006 Honda Accord 4 cylinder. Can I buy a 2inch hitch for it? I noticed they are all 1.25inch since the vehicle is not rated for much. The bike rack is minimal weight. Please give me the part number if you sell it. Thanks,

For your 2006 Honda Accord there are only 1-1/4 inch hitches available like you noticed. For a hitch you would want the Draw Tite hitch part # 24787. I attached an install video for you to check out as well. 2 inch hitches are only used on larger vehicles that can have higher towing capacities like SUVs and trucks. This hitch will do well to carry a bike rack though.
