Is there a fitting/adapter for use on a lefty cannondale bike?

The Swagman Pick-Up Truck-Bed-Mounted 2 Bike Carrier # S64702 that you referenced is designed to fit 9 mm axles.
If that is what you have on your Cannondale bike then this rack would work, otherwise there aren't any adapters made for this rack so that it can be used on other axle styles.
A better option might be a roof bike rack that keeps the front wheel on the bike like the Thule # TH599000.
