To make the wire connections to install the Replacement Switch # LG-145236 that you referenced you have a few options. The most recommended method would be to solder the connections and then wrap the connections with electrical tape.

Next we have butt end connectors like the # 05731-5. Finally, some use twist connectors which we don't carry. They aren't recommended so I wouldn't use them anyway but I figured I'd give you all the options that are out there.
