Question:
I have a Rockwood 5th wheel equipped with a Reese Revolution. Will this hitch work for me. 2000 Ford F250 super duty 6-1/2 foot short bed with extend cab 1 1/2 doors. I want below rail mounting with removable hitch.

The B&W Companion hitches that fit only in the gooseneck ball hole cannot be used with Reese Revolution/Sidewinder pin boxes because the pivot point is locked out at the hitch head. When using a Reese Revolution or Sidewinder style pin box the pivot point is required to be locked out due to the lateral force exerted on the hitch, like the one your referenced # BWGNRK1108-5W, would cause it to rotate in the bed damaging the hitch and install kit.
The option that will work for you is the Reese M5 5th wheel trailer hitch # RP30921 and Under-Bed installation kit # RP30073. It will mount below the bed and the hitch is removable. You'll also need the # RP44FR Wedge Kit to prevent the king pin of your Revolution pin box from pivoting in the jaws of the hitch.
I included a couple installation videos and video review for you too.
