Question:
I have a Forest River popup camper with a rear mounted spare tire. Wondering if your rack will attch/fit. And for what its worth, I have one of your hitch mounted bike racks I bought years ago. Great product, sturdy as hell, and is still in like new condition. Thanks.

We do offer a range of bike carriers that are suitable for use on the back of a trailer and all can be seen on the provided link. We offer RV-approved racks for camper roof or hitch mounting, and also for attachment to a ladder, ball mount or to the bumper on a camper. None of these racks is designed to attach to a spare tire carrier however. The linked article will explain further.
An accessory such as a bike carrier that is to be used on the back of a trailer or motor home must be built with extra capacity to withstand the forces found at the rear of such vehicles. In the same way that the last seat on a bus or roller coaster will get a rougher ride than seats that are up front, items mounted at the back of a trailer will be subjected to vertical and lateral stresses that would potentially destroy a bike rack built for use on a car. The Surco bike rack # BT300 that you referenced is certainly a good rack but it is not rated for use on a camper.
If you have enough room between your tow vehicle and camper a towing rack like the Swagman Traveler XCS # S64664 is a good option. Please see the linked video. We also offer a trailer tongue-mount bracket from Stromberg-Carlson, their # CC-275, that mounts to a trailer tongue and accepts any 2-inch hitch-mount rack.
