Will Replacement Movable Bar for Yakima MegaWarrior Basket Fit Smittybilt Defender Rack

what is the width of a mega warrior basket? I want to use these accessory bars for a Smittybilt defender rack that is 4foot wide...is this going to be feasible? Will the end pieces of the load bar slide over a 1incn pipe for installation?

The Yakima MegaWarrior cargo basket, # Y07080, is 48 inches wide. The tubing on the Yakima MegaWarrior where bar Y8870046 would attach is 1 inch in diameter. It sounds like it could potentially work or would work with a little modification. Please note that the Yakima bar has not been tested for this application and any warranty on the Yakima parts would be void.
