I need to get the bolts and washers to install a draw tite hitch on a 2012 RAV4. Do you sell just the fastener kit 75432f?

Yes, we do have mounting hardware available for Draw-Tite Hitch # 75235. The part number for the Replacement Hardware Kit is # RHK. Enter RHK in the search box and then you will need to enter 75235 for the Hitch Item Number and Draw-Tite for the Manufacturer.
Hitch hardware is considered one time use.
