Best Trailer Wiring Recommendation for a 2015 Toyota Highlander

Adding tow hitch to 2015 highlander c13200 but which wiring harness is best, 118449 or c56217? Towing small boat no brakes. Thanks

Both the Tow Ready Wiring Harness part # 118449 and Curt Harness part # C56217 that you referenced have been confirmed to fit your 2015 Toyota Highlander and would work well for you. But we tend to have more luck with the Tow Ready harnesses. They tend to last a bit longer than the Curts so I would recommend the # 118449 for you.
