I am attaching the instructions for the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness, part # C55563 for your 2010 Lexus RX350.

As the instructions say, you will need to remove the access panels on each side of the rear area and then remove the rear hatch threshold plate. You will then need to locate the vehicle harness behind the access panel. Check out the connectors on the Curt harness and find the connectors that match. Then disconnect the vehicle connector on the driver side. Insert the T-connector with the Yellow wire from the new harness to each of the connectors you separated on the vehicle side.

Then route the harness with the Green wires over to the passenger side and repeat the same process you performed on the driver side.

Now move up to the front of the vehicle under the hood and disconnect the negative battery cable.

Then route the Black wire from the back of the vehicle on the wiring harness under the vehicle keeping clear of any sharp or moving objects as well as away from any hot exhaust, using wire ties like part # DW05726-25 to secure the wire along the way.

Then strip the end of the fuse holder wire and attach the provided ring terminal. Next, attach the wire on the other end of the fuse holder with the fuse removed to the black wire you just routed to the engine compartment. Then attach the ring terminal to the positive side of the battery. After all the connections have been completed reattach the negative battery terminal. Then insert the fuse in the holder on the positive side of the battery.

You can then test the installation by using a circuit tester like part # PTW2993.

When working with electrical connectors I recommend using dielectric grease like part # 11755. This keeps dirt and moisture out of the electrical connections and helps prevent corrosion.
